I had a very bad experience in the hotel for everything. Me and my friends visited on 21st night to the hotel greeting was great so we booked 3 rooms in which i got the worst room from the time of check-in the room AC was not working twice the technician came and said it will be ok but in few moments when I call again for the same problem they informed the technician will come but no one showed up till morning I could not sleep at morning i went to reception to ask why no one came or the room was not changed they said they will change in 1 hour so we went to have the breakfast and over there no water served looking me waiting for water another guest came up with water and served clearance on table black coffee was too sweet. Horrible experience i ever had.

The hotel rooms are old and in need of replacement. I came for work so was fine. The bathroom is old and ceiling plates are almost falling down. It works but then you've had it. The beds are bad, that really needs to be better. Pool was okay, staff was friendly the food is quite good.
