They were very responsive to my requests and were always available to provide the necessary information. however,there were few times when i felt that the service in the hotel restaurant could be a little faster. **2. Kamar (4/5):** The room I stayed in was quite comfortable with a big bed and the basic amenities needed. I was happy with the cleanliness of the room and the supply of free drinking water daily. however,the room decoration is a bit simple and may need some updates. **3.facilities(3/5):** the hotel has some decent facilities such as a fitness center and a swimming pool,but they feel a bit small and not well maintained.the business center here is also quite functional,but needs some technology improvements. **4.location(5/5):** the location of this hotel is very good for my business purposes as it is in the city's business center.in addition,there are many restaurants and shops around,which makes it convenient to find food or shopping. **5. Food (3/5):** I tried to eat at the hotel restaurant and found the food quite good, although the menu selection is quite limited. The breakfast buffet had enough variety but not amazing.
