It is advertised as having a swimming pool. Upon arrival we heard that it is closed and is being converted into a sports area. Both were now inaccessible, which was a shame. The bathroom was also not very clean and well maintained.
Bed comfort was fine. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

We had a one night stopover before continuing our drive. The hotel is looking a little jaded but it was quite clean, service was good and the room comfortable.

Bad design hotel. We changed rooms because sewer drain was clogged in shower but also new room has the same issue though to a lesser extent. Mildew smell all over; not surprise since there are still water on roof - pure bad non functional construction and architecture.
Staff is nice; receptionist Linda is super nice.

Le concept des cabanes au milieu des arbres est sympa, et le cadre est en effet très agréable : calme, on entend les oiseaux, très apaisant. J'ai séjourné dans le lodge "life gard" : rien à redire sur l'état ou la propreté, c'était impeccable. Serviettes en nombre suffisant, gel lavant et savon à disposition. Petit bémol sur la literie du lit double qui doit être changée, on penche vers le bord extérieur, d'un côté comme de l'autre. Attention si vous comptez profiter de la piscine extérieure : c'est une piscine naturelle non chauffée. Par contre déception concernant le restaurant : j'ai mangé un mi cuit de saumon, il était bon et bien cuit, par contre la purée et les légumes qui accompagnaient le poisson n'avaient aucun goût, fade, du surgelé. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Hard beds, lots of dust. A wall lamp with no bulb, just cobwebs. The bathroom sink faucet is loose. The shower basin is clogged. The shower is a separate cabin in the room. Cold water, weak flow. My room had a sauna. Well, it was a wooden booth whose sauna function did not work. Breakfast was okay, but expensive for what you get. Very limited. The outdoor pool looks more like a dirty pond than a pool. The central part of the hotel (lobby and hallway) looks neat. The garden at the back is also okay. From the front, it's a dump. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here soon. The staff was friendly and spoke good English.

Good value for money. Very clean hotel. Extraordinary setting. Very pleasant and very responsive staff. Will remain our base for our next stays
