There are not many hotels that go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The restaurant was just as accommodating for my vegan diet. The gardens with the lovely falls colours were not only made a loving stroll but photogenic.

One of the nicest traditional properties we have stopped in. In context we have been coming to France for many years now and visited quite a few Chateau… this is a great surprise. If you like all things modern and large plates of mediocre food then stay away. If you enjoy a traditional experience in a marvellous building with splendid French service then this will be for you. Royal Suite was an exceptional room and just as expected from the website.

We were very warmly welcomed at the Chateau by the friendly staff who kindly carried our cases up the winding stairs to a very comfortable spacious room.
Despite the age of the Chateau the room had all the 'mod-cons' one hopes for these days. The bathroom had both a lovely outsized bath and a separate rain shower with good water pressure and modern fittings.
The bed was a large king size with very comfortable mattress and pillows. There was also plenty of storage for clothes if we needed it for a longer stay. Nice touches included a Nespresso coffee machine and hope make cake on arrival.
We also booked for dinner and the restaurant was particularly beautiful and staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The set menu for 4 courses at 90 euros was good value for money and fine dining at its best. Congratulations to Chef Benjamin Collombat and his brigade.

Une découverte très agréable pour un dîner. Rien à redire, de l’accueil jusqu’à la fin du dîner, tout était parfait. Un personnel très chaleureux, un sommelier à l’écoute avec une carte des vins simple mais efficace. Nous avons testé le menu découverte, un régal de saveurs. Étonnant, surprenant, un voyage sensoriel que je recommande vivement. Et le tout pour un prix très contenu 200€/personne. À refaire vite.

Château situé dans un très beau cadre, calme dépaysement le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour du 28/04/2024 au 29/04/2024.Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. Repas doté d'explications.Petit-déjeuner très varié et en quantité ( sucré-salé) servi par la responsable très agréable et souriante

Je reviens sur le déjeuner du 28 avril Cette agitation ne serait pas arrivée si l’apéritif c’était déroulé comme il se doit Ponctuel comme vous nous l’avez demandé Une fois le champagne servi vous nous avez fait attendre une demi heure pour les amuses bouches sans aucune explication (Pas digne d’un établissement comme le votre)

Très mauvaise expérience avec un personnel de mauvaise foi relatant des faits inexacts . Qui est responsable lorsque le champagne est servi et que nous attendons 30 minutes avant qu on nous propose les petits fours salés ? Qui est responsable lorsque nous demandons un deuxième magnum de champagne et que le sommelier répond qu il n a plus de champagne au frais ? Qui est responsable lorsque nous demandons de nous apporter deux bouteilles en remplacement du magnum et que le sommelier nous répond que cela n est pas possible ? Je vous relate des faits avérés exacts . Pourrait on avoir le propriétaire du château au Telephone car ce dernier n a pas toutes les cartes en mains et devrait prendre en considération le ressenti de ses clients ..
