I was very satisfied with all the services and amenities at this newest hotel. However, the elevator speed is slow and the waiting time is a bit longer compared to the 26th floor. Breakfast, swimming pool facilities are all good~

It's a new place so it's clean. Since it is the first time since opening, the service is a bit chaotic. Still, it was nice to have a jacuzzi so I could play with my child.

It was a little difficult because there was a waiting line, but I really liked the breakfast. The pool was a little disappointing for the price, but the staff was really friendly and it was great when the weather was nice.

The recently opened Banyan-affiliated Cassia Hotel was nice as all rooms had ocean views, were luxurious, and were quiet. It is 26 stories high, and the 26th floor is a sky park where you can take a walk through the three buildings, and the view is beautiful. There was a bathtub in front of the window in the room, so it was nice to be able to use it while looking at the sea. It was also convenient to have a refrigerator sink and simple cooking facilities. It was a comfortable and good trip that I would like to go to Cassia again if I go to Sokcho again.

I won’t talk too much. This is a 3 star rating. Most of the employees seem like service providers... ha... There was a really serious problem Because you worked hard to respond, I won't leave any details. I think this place will be sold for sale within a few years. About 30 per night for a suite seems reasonable.

cleanliness 1. There was a lot of dust overall, and the lack of finishing work on the elevator/window frame/floor, etc. was disappointing because it was so obvious that it was visible. 2. Although it still has a lot of a new smell, perhaps because it was newly built, I was disappointed that no one seemed to be in a position to solve the problem while staying for 3 days and 2 nights. 3. The information map used by previous guests was left lying around under the two-seater sofa in room 1911, and I was very disappointed by the sanitary details that should not be present in an expensive hotel costing 300,000 won per night. The moment I saw it, I wondered if the bathtub I was about to use would be clean and safe. I know that children use it a lot and that Cassia's position is loved by children and families, but this was also very disappointing. 4. The veranda needs cleaning. Old dust, not everyday dust, is no joke. service 1. Please make sure that employees and construction workers can use separate elevators. After working out on the 5th floor and going up to the 19th floor, it stopped almost 5 times, and the people working on site were using their head phones too loudly, which was very uncomfortable. 2. When providing room service, please knock with appropriate intensity.

It feels more like a resident hotel than a 5 star hotel. I have experienced many 5-star hotels overseas. Compared to the price, the amenities in the accommodation are very poor. There is no minibar at all. All 4 bottled water There is no conditioner or toothbrush and toothpaste set in the bathroom. There is only one bathtub in the living room The exterior of the hotel makes you feel like you are in the United Arab Emirates. The hotel is nice!

It took a long time to check in because it was a new hotel, but the room was nice so it was resolved quickly. The route is complicated, so it may be a bit difficult to go there with adults. The swimming pool was not included, so I had to pay 80,000 won on site. This part was really unfair. Breakfast was delicious.

I sent my parents to Cassia Sokcho for a vacation and they were very satisfied! It was a newly built hotel, so it was very clean and the service and food were good.

Compared to the location + service + landscape, this hotel is really too expensive.. not worth the money!! 👎

I had a great time thank you for the upgrade It was so nice to have a clear view of both the mountains and the sea.

I think it is true that it is a high-end resort opened in Sokcho. However, the 2% is disappointing, perhaps because it was recently created. Still, the room is big, clean and nice. The resort is huge.

Please register for waiting when checking in!!! It’s clean and I love the rooftop bar!!! I definitely recommend the sea view haha. I recommend going for breakfast at 8 o'clock.
