한겨울에 보일라가 고장난 방을 줘서 온가족이 바들바들떨다가 겨우 방을 옮겨서 지냈어요. 그런과정의 직원들의 안일한 대처와 태도가 정말 황당했어요. 블친절한건 아니에요 그치만 보일라가 고장난 방을 주고 몇번이나 춥다고 말을해도 기다리라고만 하면서 몇시간이나 방치해두다가 겨우겨우 방을 옮겨주는 직원들이 이상했어요.
