The hotel was clean and had a great view.. lol I stayed at a nice place for a cheap price.. All the nearby attractions are close by, so it was nice to walk around.. The only downside was the limited parking time.. T_T

The facilities are decent for pets, but I really liked the location—it’s an officetel-style hotel—and the owner’s quick response. The ocean view is nice, and it’s close to the market and night market, so I would definitely come back! I think it would be even more popular if the wallpaper or interior were a bit more trendy.

It is in the perfect location for walking to the tourist market, Abai Village, and Cheongho Beach. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. There were quite a few torn spots on the wallpaper and a lot of dust on the shelves, which was a bit concerning since I was traveling with a child, but I was relieved that the value for money and location were good. The host resolved my inquiries immediately.

The location is superb. The view is very good. You can see the sunrise from your room. You can reach Jungang Market within a 10-minute walk, and restaurants and convenience stores are also conveniently located on the first floor of the building. There is no reception, but parking and check-in are easy. There is a microwave in the room. Hair dryer. TV. refrigerator. A kitchen (with cooktop and dishes), coffee pot, and shampoo are provided. step!!! The cleanliness was very disappointing. There was hair and fur on the floor and a shelf above the bed. There was no dust management on tables, etc. And above all, the bathroom condition is not clean. It was dark because the toilet was dirty and the shower light was broken. *There were unnecessary props (picture frames, artificial flowers, etc.), which gave an unclean impression. I have no intention of returning.

속초에서 손 꼽게 맛있는 식당들이 2분 거리 내에 있고, 특히 속초 중앙시장까지는 10분도 안 걸리는 환상적인 편의성을 자랑하는 위치에 자리한 호텔입니다. 1층 이마트 편의점 덕분에 밖에 안 나가고 간단한 간식 구매할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 바닥 청소며 화장실도 깨끗하고, 아담한 사이즈지만 답답함이 전혀 없어 좋았습니다. 엘레베이터 근처였지만, 소음은 거의 없었고, 근처에 갔던 낙산비치호텔 보다 훨씬 조용해서 너무 좋았습니다. 룸 상태가 깔끔하고 좋았는데, 바닥에 까는 침구류나 식기 위생은 사용 전 미리 확인 꼭 하세요. 다른 부분들이 너무 마음에 들고 특히나 가격도 매력적이라서 그러려니 하고 감안했는데, 사장님이 이 글을 보신다면, 이불빨래랑 식기들 위생 및 안전 (식기장에 앞쪽 나사 하나가 빠져있어서 식기장 문 열다가 컵들 떨어질 뻔 했네요) 꼭 한 번 체크해주심 감사하겠습니다.

이근처 숙소들이 위치좋아서 비싼편인데 여기는 저렴한데 뷰도 오션뷰라 너무 좋았어요! 애견동반도 가능하고 엄청깔끔한 오피스텔느낌이에요!!

위치시설 가격 룸컨디션 다좋아요~~ 다만 애견이 출입금지된다는점이...ㅠ 아쉬워요~~ㅠ

조용함과 바다가 보이던 뷰. 주변의 맛집도... 모두가 만족했던 시간 이었습니다. 다시 속초로의 여행이 계획된다면 다시 찾게 될것 같습니다.
