대포항에 위치하여 교통 편의성및 주변 요건은 최고입니다.
호텔에서 외옹치, 청초호, 재래시장, 마트, 설악산및 고성등 접근성은 최고입니다.
특히 창밖으로 보이는 바다와 파도소리는 최고입니다
다만 몰지각한 x의 흡연은 아쉽네요.
주차 안내하시는분 친절하시고,
3연박 이라서 실내 정비를 안해도 된다고 했는데
친절하게 수건 생수등을 챙겨주셔서 감사드립니다
올가을에 또 숙박할 의사 있습니다

서울 라마다랑 비교 했을때 가격은 같으면서 너무 좁아 답답함 이렇게 좁은 호텔은 처음 세면기가 현관 바로옆 욕실과 떨어져 있고 현관 앞에서 머리 손질을 해야 함

The amount I paid for our three days staying at the hotel paid off.
Its cleanness and amenities were excellent, its location to the nearby restaurant was very convenient. The ocean view was phenomenal. Parking guide was there 24/7 and I liked it very much. The front desk girls were very nice and polite. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. Five stars rated plus

안녕하세요, 속초 여행 올 때마다 한번도 빠짐없이 라마다에서 숙박했던 사람입니다. 에어비앤비 등 다른 숙박을 두고 라마다를 이용하는 이유는 뷰뿐만 아니라 위치와 청결도가 좋아서 선택합니다. 근데 이번 여행은 너무 실망한 일이여서 글을 남기게 됐어요.
현재 5층 공사 중인것으로 압니다. 엘리베이터에도 공사 중라고 붙여있더라구요. 그래서 헬스장(?)이였나 아무튼 5층 이용 못한다고 안내 되어 있었습니다. 저희는 6층으로 배정 받았지만 그런가보다 하고 잠을 잤는데 다음날 아침 8시정도 넘어서부터 드릴소리가 진짜 엄청나더라구요.. 바로 옆에서 공사하는 줄 알았습니다.
그래서 공사가 이대로 계속되는건지 문의드리려고 로비에 전화했는데 처음에 직원분께서 레이트체크아웃 12시 어떠냐고 물으셨어요. 잠을 잘 수 없는 환경인데 레이트체크아웃이 소용있나요.. 말씀드리니까 방을 옮겨주셨는데 체크아웃을 한 지금도 너무 어이가 없어요.. 5층 공산데 6층에 배정해주신 것 자체가 이해가 안돼요. 그리고 그렇게 큰 공사였으면 현재 공사 중이니 양해바란다라는 내용을 체크인 때라도 말씀해주시거나 공지사항에 나와있기라도 해야하는거 아닌가요?
