-Have been to Kasauli ***y times, but this was nothing less than a nightmare --No Power backup --Rooms and Restraunt dirty --Taste less food --No proper water supply in rooms due to unavailability of power backup. --Delayed service at restaurant always ..... --No proper cuttlery had breakfast in disposable (pattal)

Basic services like hot water (geysers not working), towels, packaged drinking water, electric kettle and room haeter were not proivded. Here you get only a room with bedding, don't expect any thing else.
