Properties location is very good. Bathroom cleaning is very bad & unhygienic because of not using disinfectant, phenyl or liquid hand wash. Towels & soap not provided daily for long stay. Property is old but not maintained. I have booked ac standard suite but l was provided normal ac room at first night at the time of check in which was very bad & unhygienic. I got my booked ac suit room on next after my repeated demand. Cockroaches trouble in bathroom & pest control is not maintained. Hospitality service is very poor & unhygienic. Management should look in to all these problems of tourists which leads to bad impressions of such nice property.

The cleaning of hotel is very poor, hotel need renovation. Forget about hospitality, the staff shouting on other staff in front of guest. The extra bed payment slip was not provided by evening staff when asked in morning they are blaming guest that we should have taken at that time. Complete smoking smell you can get in hotel even in the main lobby. The rooms are in bad condition. You cannot get sleep on the room facing main road having lots of noise due to vehicle movement out side.

They wouldn't allow early check-in and made me book for an additional day, which is understandable but the room was not ready even though we arrived late. The room was very unhygienic, cockroaches were crawling on the walls of the room
moreover, the hotel staff was very unprofessional and arrogant. I called for mineral water as i had to take medicines, i had to call 3 times before they brought it to the room.

A good stay with decent, celan rooms amd toilets. The linen is clean and hygienic. The food is excellent, tasty and value for money
