Aspen Hotel

Nice, clean newer hotel. On the basic side but what you would expect. No breakfast or housekeeping service for the two day stay.

The Aspen Hotel is a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are very clean and each of the employees was home I dealt with professional and courteous.

This hotel advertises a pool. The pool has not been working for over a year.

The aspen hotel soldotna is everything i want in a small town hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. The facilities are clean a cozy the rooms are comfortable and and smartly layed out. It would be nice if all the amenities where operational, the pool and hottub where not available. But its not the end of the world. The Aspen hotel soldotna is lovely and centrally located.

Staff unwilling to provide receipt for stay. Not friendly very matter of a fact about things and not welcoming at any point in the stay.

Room was very clean, everything appeared new and in excellent working order. Location was great providing quick access to shopping and restaurants. Laundry room on our floor was easily accessible making our extended stay much easier. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

My family I stayed at the Aspen during the time I had to have cancer removed from my face. They graciously discounted our room, which is so helpful and relieved alot of financial stress. When we got to our room there was a little gift bag with a Cancer awareness teddy bear , Peppermint lip balm, Peppermint tea bag, a bottle of water and Crackers that was waiting in the room with a nice card next to it. This really made my day and I enjoyed the sentiment so much. The room and bathroom were clean, the air filter was nice and clean which kept the air nice . The towels were plentiful. The ladies working in the hotel were very accommodating with all that we needed and very helpful. They were willing to give us what we needed when asked for. Good attitudes as well! We will be choosing Aspen Hotel in Soldotna, Ak again. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again in the future for vacations and if other medical procedures should arise in our family. A very welcoming establiment!

Hotel was fine but when reserving it said there was a pool. Their pool they said has been closed for a year. The particular room we were in had a fridge that ran and it was pretty loud at times.

Comfortable, clean and friendly. When informed that there is coffee, etc in the lobby at 7, but my day started before then, they ensured I had coffee to go in the morning. They even made sure to get my Alaska Airlines number for credit... Thank you!
