為什麼差？
因為沒熱水。招待所該有的，世界小型豪華酒店集團成員的酒店沒有？而且除了對不起，沒有任何措施。退房時給了瓶氣泡酒。太沒誠意。
房卡最少4次做了打不開。一次前台給了總管卡臨時用，一次拿手機上來開。
房間和圖片不符合，我訂的房型是沒有橫樑的，偏偏給的是有的。就在床的正上方，有點恐怖。
優點:早餐不錯，順便説下晚餐很貴且一般，但是附近沒有什麼選擇，太偏，衹能這樣了。
如果你遇上天氣好，早點起來看日出，風景不錯。
總結:這個酒店這樣發展，必然要背世界小型豪華酒店踢出局。

非常滿意的一次入住，交通方便，周邊附近處處是美景，酒店非常安靜，非常時尚，跟一般的歐洲酒店不一樣，這個酒店非常的時尚摩登！值得入住！！這邊意大利最集中的紅酒產地！非常好喝！

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, ABER das Service hat uns enttäuscht. Am ersten Tag wurde das Zimmer noch gereinigt, am zweiten Tag nicht mehr. Ein Fehler kann mal passieren - da kann darüber hinweg geschaut werden. Was uns allerdings sehr verwundert hat, war, dass offensichtlich Reinigungspersonal IM Zimmer war und die gebrauchten Kaffeetassen ausgetauscht hat, sowie frisches Mineralwasser ins Zimmer gestellt hat. Das heißt, die Reinigung des Zimmers inkl. Ausleeren der Mistkübel, sowie das Machen der Betten wurde bewusst nicht erledigt. Als wir dies bei der Rezeption bekannt gaben, wurde uns zunächst vorgehalten, dass der Fehler bei uns läge und wir das "Do not disturb Schild" an der Türe gehabt hätten - was natürlich nicht der Fall war. Wie schon geschrieben, Fehler können passieren, ABER was uns wirklich verärgert hat, war, dass wir am nächsten Tag erneut um die Reinigung des Zimmers baten (obwohl dies eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte). Uns wurde am Vormittag versichert, dass das Zimmer heute natürlich gereinigt wird. Als wir am frühen Abend zurück kamen, fanden wir das Zimmer erneut ungereinigt vor. Wieder war das Reinigungspersonal im Zimmer, um frische Kaffeetassen und Wasser zu bringen. Das war aber auch schon alles, was gemacht wurde. Mittlerweile türmt sich der Mist von zwei Tagen in den Mistkübeln und die frischen Handtücher gehen auch bereits aus. Für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie sehr enttäuschend!

Wir waren leider nur zwei Nächte und hatten eine phantastische Zeit! Perfekter Empfang, es schönes, sauberes und gut klimatisiertes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war perfekt und das Abendesse im Hotelrestaurant himmlisch grandios !!! Wir kommen sichtlich wider und auch für länger!
