The rooms are clean and the service is first-class. It is a real Marriott five-star environment and management service.
It is the best hotel in Soller and Mallorca. You can see the endless blue sea and sky from the cliff. The six-room on the top floor has an endless open-air swimming and taking pictures. The spa sauna and bubble bath on the third and fourth floors are superb. The views of the sea view and mountain view rooms are very refreshing. The breakfast is rich. You can have a glass of champagne and a customized breakfast with your loved ones to start a happy day! It is recommended to stay two more days from June to September to enjoy the scenery and leisure☺️

Amazing hotel! Probably the only international five star class hotell on Mallorca. Almost as good as some of the top global chains like four seasons and mandarin oriental - but not quite there yet... Special mention to Anna in the breakfast service: Amazing service and a true hospitality talent! We really enjoyed this stay.

The room was very nice and the view of mediterranean sea was wonderful. All the staffs were very kind and warm. E buttler service was also comfortable and the response was very prompt. I recommend this hotel to honeymoon couples or family trip.

Beware of theft in the rooms; my prescription pills were all taken. The pills were taken between 9 am and 1pm, from the bathroom. It's obviously the cleaning staff, as my toiletries were all laid out nicely on the bathroom counter, unlike the prior nights. BUT - all my pills gone. The staff were polite but skeptical. Did not feel I was taken seriously.

We have just had 3 days at Jumeirah Port Soller. Initially we weren’t happy with our allotted room but the manager was able to give us a lovely alternative. We had a deluxe Mountain View room. The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. The infinity pool is truly beautiful. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We ate at Cap roig for one dinner- beautiful tasting menu, very large portions and great service. For our final night we ate at the sunset lounge. The hostess was so helpful and really made our dinner experience fabulous. The views were stunning. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

During my stay, I wasted more than an hour waiting for a heater failure and almost missed my flight because of a delayed check-out due to ****** staff!! Asian people are not recommended to stay

Great hotel in Port Soller with great view on the harbour, mountains or sea. Great friendly service and very clean. The restaurants are ok. Breakfast is great.

This place offers immaculate service & incredible views of the ocean, whilst sitting in the outdoors restaurant. I highly recommend going here even if everything on the menu is severely overpriced. If you come here, do it for the environment and not for anything else. Hotel also displays cool art from famous or up and coming artists - I love that!
