The online photos lure you into this hotel. They are all however of the communal areas. The lobby the bar and the pool area which to be fair are very nice and have been renovated to a high standard and look modern. For some reason they decided to leave refurbishing the rooms or maybe they forgot. It doesn’t make sense. The rooms are tiny and look like they haven’t seen a paint brush for 30 years. They are stuck in a time warp. Old outdated furniture, magnolia walls a beaten up fridge which barely works, a 30 year old bathroom suite with brown / decayed grouting and a grotty shower curtain. They need to rooms to match the bottom half of the hotel. The rooms look and feel at best 2 star to me. The staff were nice, they gave us a sea view room and a free bottle of wine which was all great however overall for 170 euros a night you would expect the rooms to be far better. I don’t think we would return.

Nice , clean hotel close to all amenities. Lovely , helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast with a choice of cooked or continental. Swimming pool rather small but OK to cool off in. Only downside is the soundproofing which is very poor but not sure how that compares to other hotels. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely modern local hotel. Easy for the beach, restaurants and shops, short walk downhill. However room 510 is very small, as are all the rooms underneath, 410, 310 etc. Same as 501, 401 etc. Avoid if you want a good size room. Breakfast was very varied with large selection. Love Soller

We went for a superior room with sea view from the balcony and it was well worth it. Waking up to the view of the bay and mountains was great. The room had everything we needed and a good shower in the bath. We took the half board option as it cost very little extra to do so but we only had dinner there a couple of times, mainly because we like the experience of eating out in different restaurants and this wasn't a reflection on the buffet on offer every night. The breakfast buffet also offered a wide range of food and drink each morning. The swimming pool is fairly small but we always managed to get a bed as many guests, in early May at least, seem to be there for cycling or hiking so there was always plenty of room around the pool. A nice hotel with very welcoming and obliging staff. The only frustration while we were there was the room keycard which seems to deactivate every time it is anywhere near a mobile phone which is very difficult to avoid. It is a clearly a common problem as I overheard other guests asking for their cards to be re-activated at Reception whenever I walked past. Something that needs rectifying.

Wir waren zum 3. Mal hier. Wie immer zweckmäßig, sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend. Frühstück übersichtlich, ausreichend. Für Genießer sicher nicht geeignet. Der Weg zur Promenade und zum Hafen ist nicht weit. Fahrradraum ist vorhanden.

nettes kleines Hotel, ruhig gelegen und doch nah am Strand. Wanderwege rundum.... Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzelzimmer mit Balkon, sauber. Nichtraucherhotel, rauchen nur vor dem Eingangsbereich möglich. Essen sehr gut, vor allem immer alles frisch, Fisch, mhm lecker.... ect

Really enjoyed our 10 stay at this hotel . We came to Majorca to do lots of the great walks which we did and this hotel makes an excellent base to walk from . The food is excellent and always varied with lots of and lots of choice ( we were on half board and only ate out in the evening once because it was so good at the hotel ) All the staff were very friendly and the hotel is immaculately clean would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again . Thank you guys for a great stay !!

The positives were that the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also pretty good and the town is nice. The communal areas are smart
The negatives:
My key card didn’t work almost every day, because it had lost its magnetism. This was after I kept it entirely separate from my phone etc. Meant I had to request a new key every time I came back to the hotel.
Twice the cleaner came into my room as I was sleeping, even with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.
The food is atrocious.
The WiFi didn’t work in my room, but was good in the public areas
The aircon didn’t work in my room
The walls were so thin you could hear the toilet flushing next door along with conversations etc
