This hotel claims to be 4 star but isn't. Noisy rooms Scuffy Laundry trolley outside our door every day for most of the day No lounge just a sports bar with automatic doors so cold Kettle and cups in rooms but no tea / coffee No welcome drink on arrival No shower gel / hat / tissues Holes in beach towels ( 10e deposit) Nowhere to hang dresses apart from bathroom door Breakfast not worth bothering about No late checkout Friendly staff

From arrival at the hotel staff were excellent, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is ideally located right next to the beach. Lovely accommodation large very clean rooms, comfy beds and all the facilities you need for a good holiday. it's the second time we have been and they never disappointed. Definitely recommend . Quality hotel very competitively priced

A warm and friendly reception staff and generally all hotel staff members Good choice of food for breakfast. Room was comfortable with a lovely view of the harbour and beach.In a good place for local bus service .Good area for walking.

Another fantastic stay at this little gem of a hotel. This is our 7th stay at the hotel and it ticks all the boxes in so many ways,super staff,spotlessly clean and situated in a superb location right in the centre of Port De Soller and great for the beach which is only 30 meters away.

Me and my husband have stayed at The FERGUS Style Soller Beach for 10 days now, and we are happy to stay here for 4 more days. This is a very nice hotel laying perfectly by the seafront in the middle of Port de Soller. The place is charming. The hotel servs super breakfast, have a restaurant and a cosy bar. And very important; the staff is so nice and serviceminded - all of them👏👏👏👏🤩 We will be back❣️

We made a last minute booking at this hotel, which is positioned perfectly in Port Soller, close to the beach, the tram stop and the port. Facilities are good, room was spotlessly clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the views spectacular. Port De Soller is a perfect resort with lots of great restaurants and bars. All staff very warm and welcoming. The room itself was a bit run down with marked floors and walls, the bathroom was also on the shabby side and the shower temperature was unregulated so hot hot hot one minute and then really cold. Towels were good, bedding okay. The real negatives were the ants in the bathroom and room, we bought some spray to deal with them but if they are this bad so early in the season I dread to think how many they’ll have when it’s really hot. Breakfast was a typical hotel offering, made better with the most lovely lady making eggs and omelettes. Coffee and orange juice both terrible but lots of lovely places to stop so we just had water with breakfast.

The staff are so friendly the location is brilliant right in the beach. We paid for a standard room and it was clean the beds were very comfortable the bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water and big fluffy towels there was also complimentary bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and good quality as was the evening menu in the restaurant. Great place to stay I would definitely go back and might book a sea view next time Sent from my iPhone

Amazing views from hotel room of the bay and marina - worth upgrade. Room clean, comfortable bed, great shower and fridge to put own drinks in. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Thanks in particular to Sylvia, who spent ages with us. Port Soller is a lovely location , quiet in March but still places to eat and a relaxing base from which to visit other places. Great bus connections and lovely old tram to Soller and train to Palma
