I switched to this hotel from another which didn't live up to its online promise and it really improved my holiday experience. The hotel is bright, modern and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and professional. I had a room on the third floor with balcony and sea view, the view was beautiful and a wonderful start to each day, plus the sound of the sea at night was lovely. It was a little chilly weather- wise when I visited so didn't get to use swimming pool or roof terrace, but they both looked great. An added little bonus was a fire in the bar/cafe area downstairs in a little reading nook with comfy armchairs and book lined shelves. Bedrooms were cleaned every day, tea/coffee making facilities plus fridge and TV with English and American channels in the room. I hired a car from reception though it is pricey to hire from Port de Soller, they don't charge deposit but the daily rate is much higher so it may be better to hire car from Palma. The dividing walls of the rooms are plasterboard so you can hear some noise but it wasn't excessive and didn't bother me. All-in-all this is a lovely hotel and I'd recommend without hesitation

Very Good Hotel with excellent and friendly staff in an excellent location with the the best outdoor area in the port. The area outside the hotel is fabulous and right on the edge of the sea with lots of seating and with great service from the staff at the hotel cafe. There's a spa on the top floor but I didn't use it bur reports were good. The pool area at the rear of the hotel is very pleasant and small enough area with approx 30 sun beds Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. We had a sea view room with balcony and fabulous views. The room is small and at times you'd need traffic lights to move around so the balcony is a must. Beds are fine and comfortable. Negatives The wardrobes are terrible, there like something from the 70s , brown timber doors with the door runners just not working properly and they need to be ripped out and fit proper wardrobes . They were really annoying every time you went to get something out. The coffee/tea was only replaced once in 6 days and there was supposed to be robes in the room but were not so on day 3 I requested them and got them straight away .but there are so many positives with the hotel. We would return

Parfait. les installations sont de qualité . les chambres agréables MAIS il est préférable de résider dans l'hotel plutôt que dans l'annexe afin de profiter plus fa iulement de la piscine et du spa. Restauration de qualité et un petit déjeuner inoubliable , le tout face à cette anse de Port Soller . parfait en toutes saisons si vous souhiatez vous la couler douce et ne pas faire trop de voiture

Chambre avzc balcon vue sur mer. Vue exceptionnelle, très calme, vue sur la plage, tout est pieton, espace piscine plein soleil à l'abri du vent espace spa à l'abri des regards vue sur mer. Génial

Beautiful hotel with lovely friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were nice too The view from the back of the hotel is lovely and from the front even nicer with views over the bay. We were able to walk out straight onto the beach for a swim, clean clear water.The leisure facilities were excellent too, with lovely pool and area for sunbathing.

Uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado. Todo genial, las habitaciones, el spa, la limpieza, el sitio y sobre todo el personal: gente encantadora desde los recepcionistas, mención especial merece la chica de Ávila, pasando por la gallega que atiende el desayuno junto con Patri. Volveremos.

The hotel was fabulous! We had a corner room on 2nd floor overlooking the water with windows on two sides that opened to beautiful Port de Soller. The breakfast was free and had a good, wide variety. The patio was very pretty also overlooking the water and was a great place to have cava in the evenings. The front desk staff were very good. Wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

Really well run Hotel. Great staff, all the facilities, position and sea views are perfect. Highly recommended for couples. It's east/west orientation works very well for most of the day. Close to an easy walk into the Port with all the restaurants and bars on the front.
