Great spot and location , rooms are abit old and needs some renovations , No ac was forced to leave window open and woke up full of bug bites

We traveled with my family this weekend, precisely with a bi promotion (as I read another similar comment) and when checking out, they told me that there was a drop of blood, a situation that was an accident that happened to my teenage daughter We realized it but I didn't think it was going to be a big mess, a person who was in the room, a man, behaved in an abusive and rude manner, the stain with a little soap and bleach came out perfectly, I really felt denigrated, it's a shame The view of the lake and the volcanoes is impressive, but it was a terrible experience, I do not recommend it at all and even worse with promotion.

Run down hotel charging mid range level prices for a motel experience. Staff is not well trained and the facilities are in desperate need for renovations. Would not give a local invoice to avoid paying taxes.
