Very lovely cosy and clean rooms good location also has a handy laundry, and great pool and spa, good car parks outside of rooms and very welcoming an helpful hostess we will definitely be back thanks

Extremely cold experience. I needed fully clothed (including shoes, jacket, beanie) in order to manage the stay. Only one very inadequate heater portable supplied for the whole unit which could barely heat a 1 meter perimeter around itself; it did nothing to warm the very large unit. There was also a mysterious circular hole in the wall which was packed with curtain fabric which surely didn't help very much on the heating front.. The owners need to spend a night here before blindly offering this to clients. However I can't give them a one star review because the unit was tidy, the shower had hot water, and there were enough blankets for a decent sleep.

Rooms very clean and tidy my wife said the cleaner was a Rae of sunshine very helpful and took great care of my family and our room. The admin weren't very nice or helpful at all and my family got alot of not nice stars from there family very uncomftable but thanx to Toni who cleaned our room beautifully and made my family feel welcomed Thank you Toni you and your children were very helpful and respectful. Didn't like the fact that the admin staff didn't follow and have the skills in customer service that their cleaner had. When arriving back to the room when the reception lady serviced our room wasn't very clean and the bed wasn't made very well bench wasn't polished my wife had to clean the room but once again Toni the cleaner came to the rescue at 9 at night so my wife could relax. 100% for cleaner,room 1% for admin very rude speaking in there language when my wife first got to the motel without the cleaner motel would not be my choice at all. cleaner *****

We only stayed for one night but would def stay again. Our room was huge, the kids enjoyed the playground and were keen to go to pool and spa. The staff are so lovely and the grounds are well kept. We stayed in the lge family/wheelchair accessible room, so large shower and toilet rooms etc
