The staff at this motel was some of the friendliest I have met when traveling! Kelsey, who checked us in was so friendly and accommodating making sure we received the type of room we requested in online registration, and steering us to a place to eat dinner. The morning staff made sure there were fresh hot breakfast items available to us right before the 9:30 deadline. Other places would have said "sorry Charlie". Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the price was reasonable. We would for sure stay there again!

Lobby has a very bad odor of cigarettes.
The room also had a bad odor. I had to go to a store and buy a plug-in air freshener.
The bedspreads had hair embedded in them.
The tub didn’t drain properly by the end of the shower, I was standing in ankle deep water.
Noise travels very well. I could hear the guests in the room across the hall speaking at normal tones.

Needs improvement and remodeling. Our was smelly and moisture was coming from the window. Our dresser drawers were stocked the other one was loose.

Because of snow and ice, we really couldn't see or evaluate the area around the property! The cleanliness and staff were outstanding. Helpful, professional, and friendly. Very happy with our stay.
