Friendly and very accommodating staff and host. We were a large group taking 6 rooms and they assisted us in any way possible to have a great time. Rooms have beautiful views and are spacious, neat and comfortable. We will stay here again for sure.

It was divine coincidence that made room for my stay. A prospect from Cameron did not show up. After due consultation, the room was allocated to me. That is business flexibility and pro actives. The facility located at tophill was alluring because it provided for helicopter view of the city. The facility needs expansion to allow for those visitors that don't need more than one room if that will not affect business value and proposition.

Amazing location with the best view, comfiest beds and friendliest staff. It was a bit of an adventure to find it but well worth the search.

Had the fortunate opportunity to stay at this lovely guest house whilst on business in Cape Town. The decor is out of this world. Unfortunately, the owners were out of town, so I did not have the chance of meeting them, but the hostess in attendance did an excellent job! Service was excellent and the view over the Helderberg basin was something to write a novel about. Will certainly be back.

Large room with beautiful views. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The pillows were rather hard. The air con we were told would blow warm as it was cold weather but it does not and it would have been nice to have the fireplace going but we were unexpected as our booking for another guesthouse had fallen through. Lettie was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and welcoming, clean and neat Guest House. Beautiful location in the hills. As this was my first trip to the Western Cape I will definitely choose this Guest House again to stay over and I will definitely recommend it to everyone who plan to travel to the Somerset area.

Apart from all the normal expectations their willingness to help and accommodate was something to experience. Much appreciated. Then breakfast was what we can remember of how it should be done. De Molen just became our 1st choice to stay over in Somerset West.

We recently stayed at de Molen. The accomodation was very clean, breakfast was excellent. On top of all that, one is spoiled with the breathtaking views of the mountain as well as of the sea. We had to be in Somerset West. This was a little bit away from the hussle and bustle, but close enough. The neighbourhood is very quiet.
