I rarely write reviews, but the service and responsibility of this hotel really exceeded my expectations. We were in Milan for an overnight transfer, and our flight was delayed from 6pm to 1am. I called the front desk to see if they could pick us up, but their driver arrived within 10 minutes and took us back to the hotel for free. We left early the next morning, and the regular bus was full, so they immediately arranged for a driver to drive another car to take us to the airport. The whole process was very enthusiastic and attentive, highly recommended!

This is a great value for money ~ only 500+ RMB ~ the cheapest night in Europe, the environment is still the best, although a little old. Can't compare with the domestic ones! Booked the hotel bus to and from the airport in advance ~ There is a nice town around the hotel, and the noodles in the hotel are delicious and not expensive.

(1) The hotel name is extremely misleading! It says "Milan X Hotel", but it is actually more than 40 kilometers away from Milan! It is no longer in Milan! We only discovered this problem after arriving in Milan. We contacted the hotel immediately, but were severely rejected. The service attitude of the room service was extremely poor! They just refused to check out. I contacted them very early to check out, which would not affect their secondary sales, but I was still rejected with a very bad attitude. When we wanted to take a step back and get a little compensation, they could sell the room to other guests, but this request was not affirmed. In the end, we did not check in (it was too far from the Milan Cathedral and other city centers! The hotel name is too misleading!) (2) The attitude of the hotel staff was extremely bad, especially when they heard that they were Asian tourists, the disdainful voice gave people a very bad impression. Definitely avoid it!
