First Hotel Malpensa

Close to the airport, and the toilets are clean and great. The lobby shop is open late, so you won't go hungry even if you get peckish at night.

This hotel is really close to the airport, and it was the only one I could find that offered airport pick-up as late as 11 PM or midnight. It's only 10 Euros per person, so it's perfect for anyone arriving on a late-night flight! Highly recommend. Once you've checked in, you can even order a 24-hour pizza to fill up, and the hotel breakfast is also very good. The guy at the front desk was handsome and had excellent service too! Thumbs up.

Bad. And it's not even the room itself; it's fine for a one-night stay. The service is terrible. I arrived alone and needed to catch a bus the next morning. I had pre-arranged and paid for a shuttle for the correct time, but they completely forgot about me. The shuttle picked me up too late, causing me to miss my bus, which led to extra expenses, stress, and wasted time. Seriously, this hotel needs to consider a staff change.

Big plus for the airport shuttle service – seriously, who knows how expensive taxis in Milan are? Their shuttle was a lifesaver. The room was small but perfectly fine for an overnight stay; excellent value for money and the service was polite.

The room was spacious enough to open two extra-large suitcases, which was great! The bathroom was a typical size for an overseas hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were excellent; I was able to check in even with my limited English. You can take a shuttle bus to Milan Malpensa Airport for €5 per person. We didn't do our research and ended up taking a taxi from the airport, which cost us an exorbitant €40 for a mere 5-minute ride. I highly recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange the shuttle. Shuttles depart from the hotel every hour on the hour and half past the hour.
