Communal areas lovely and clean. Food great with so many dietary choices available, the children’s section was a lovely touch. All staff friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. The children’s entertainment was excellent. My only negative comment would be that the bedrooms were in much need of an upgrade, they were not 4.5 star worthy. That said we had a great holiday.

Great hotel resort, rooms are comfortable and very clean with great staff making up the room each day. The food in the restaurant is very nice with plenty of choices, drinks on the inclusive package are okay and readily available. The team members are very helpful and friendly, always on hand to help if needed. The pools are very well maintained and managed on a daily basis. The only negative is some guests don’t know how to behave and abuse the facilities and offering, however thankfully on our trip there weren’t many.

First time with TUI Blue & firstly I must say we're impressed. This trip was an attempt to prolong our summer with a late Oct half term (Halloween) getaway & it ticked all the boxes as the weather was generally nice & sunny ☀️. It was the last week of their season here but the crew still exuded amazing enthusiasm & professionalism. The building infrastructure is a very adequate 4* and is kept spotlessly clean & tidy with comfy rooms. Particularly suited us as we had the separate bedroom + lounge kitchenette which was very spacious & afforded privacy within the family. But the true highlight of this place is undoubtedly the staff. From domestics, to waiting staff, bars & entertainments. Everyone was totally amazing & focussed on their guests satisfaction. Special mention to the kitchen team too as the food was varied, plentiful & of a very high standard. I'd seen on previous reviews that the head chef was getting some good kudos, but not for a minute did I think I'd be mentioning him myself. As a pescatarian I enquired hopefully if the amazing looking immense paella might just contain the plentiful & obvious seafood, but alas he confirmed there was also meat so not for me...... Not too bad because there were numerous other yummy options I could choose, but the team must have clocked my disappointment & the next day the head chef presented me with my own personal seafood only paella version (see pic). Does it get much better than that? Entertainment team also very refreshingly better than anyone has any right to expect. The shows were amazing for kids & parents alike - highest quality with some real stars. All of this resulted in a tangible aura of happiness & relaxation across all the guests here. I chose this place based on it's higher than average ratings, and they tell the true story & are 100% earned. Got to give the management a big nod - all aspects aren't this good without some focussed people behind the scenes. Thanks team ❤️

Overall this hotel was nice However the room we stayed in - 3202 leaked through with rain 2 nights on the run, when I reported this I was told Sorry this always happens when it rains heavily and given towels to stop the rain coming through the patio door. This was not repaired whilst I was there. The rooms are outdated and the bed was very hard - some may like it like this. As others here have mentioned the outdoor pools are freezing cold as they’re not heated as they’re trying to be more eco friendly but this I think put a dampener on the holiday as instead of being out in the sunshine in the outdoor pools we were in the indoor pool as that was heated (but I could have gone to my local leisure ctr and done this) during the summer months the outside pools may not be soooo cold. There was always sun loungers if you wanted to just relax by the pool The kitchen staff were always pleasant (although the food was warm and not hot) so I skipped the meats/fish etc but plenty of salads on offer. The reception staff were always super happy in fact the most friendliest there. Oh and the animation/kids club whilst my lad didn’t really do the clubs I think if he had they would have been great - I think the younger kids would love this as they always had something on for them. Each day the cleaner would come and offer to clean the room and provide fresh towels. Whilst not the best review I think that a couple of tweaks and this hotel could be amazing all round, oh and only down the road from the beach.

Overall a very enjoyable holiday here,the food and drink choices were brilliant,staff were very friendly and done their best to help us in many ways and the apartments were cleaned every day and were spacious,the pools and other facilities were great too. Best holiday for a long while,made more enjoyable because of this complex.
