Grupotel Club Turquesa Mar

Well all I can say is what a fantastic time we had here. Staff were very friendly and helpful and often went that extra mile to make our stay so pleasant. Big thank you to Martina who took time in teaching us basic salsa step's. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Big Big Big Thank you to head chef SiDi. What a gentleman. He made time to greet and chat with us, not to mention cooking us a fabulous steak meal. Was a lovely gesture. We definitely recommend this hotel especially for children and families. Rooms are clean and spacious with a balcony. Entertainment was quite good and catered for children. There is also a crèche facility where children are collected by staff who then entertain them. My only criticism would be that entertainment team focus on those without children too. I noticed us mature adults would sit outside the bar area as there was nothing for us once the entertainment was over. I suggest maybe the last hour have a little sing along and dance for us, then everyone has had a little something too. Beach and Marina are about 6 mins walk from the hotel, worth a look. We had a great time and look forward to returning here again soon.

Just returned from our family holiday. I cannot be more complimentary about this hotel or its team of staff. I don't think we've ever stayed anywhere where the staff work so hard. It is absolutely catered to children and families and all the staff were AMAZING with our 1 and 3 year old. Fabulous pool and lots of sunbeds and space. Special mention to Ligia, Monica, Helena and the rest of the entertainment team. They kept our little ones entertained at night and put on some great shows. Our little boy was transfixed with the tiny tots section at night! Also a huge mention to Erin, Katty, Kat, Louisa and all the baby club team. They took such fantastic care of our 2 little ones for a few hours a day and they LOVED it. My little girl loves craft and came home with a folder full of artwork! The buffet food was plentiful and tasty and the pizza chef was so friendly, delicious pizza! Even the staff in the busy buffet restaurant work so so hard and are friendly with it too. The cava, coffee, gin and beer was lovely, the other drinks on the all inclusive less so. We wee also disappointed with the restaurant at the hotel, the buffet is better! There our only minor pointers. We had a lovely quiet room with sunshine which met out request perfectly. Miss the place already. The entire staff team are a credit to the hotel. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and 1 year old. The staff were really friendly and great with the kids. My son attended kids club for most of the days we were there and loved it and it is run by trained early years professionals which is a bonus. The pool area is great and plenty of sunbeds though the pool was a little cold for this time of year, we did spend some time in the indoor pool as it was warmer for the baby. There is always a little playpark and a garden and evening yoga or pilates and other activities to participate in The evening entertainment was great would have been better if the kids disco was slightly earlier as the kids were tired by 8pm but overall they still had a ball each night. The food was great and a lot of variety to choose from and each night something different such as Mexican, Chinese, Italia etc also they have great options for kids and children get a little healthy eating card to fill in each night with a sticker which our little boy found exciting.we did book the restaurant option for one night, which I felt the food was just ok, the menu was a bit poor and I found the food at the buffet much better. The room was like an apar**ent style, it was spacious which was great, it was very clean but did have a slight musty smell, the bathroom could do with an update and the shower didn't work very well. I would come back and visit again, and all inclusive is perfect option for families

We visited this resort in September 2023 as a family of 3 (two adults, one toddler, age 2). This resort was fantastic for our family. It was a small resort, but in a great area, so we were able to venture into town a few times. It was about a 10 minute walk for us to get to the beach. The community box that allows guests to leave things behind for other guests to use was a really nice touch, The pools at the resort were great and our toddler loved the kids pool. Our toddler also loved the little playground and the coin operated train ride. The night time children's entertainment was also very well done! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the food options were a bit limited. The snack bar was disappointing and the rest of the food got very repetitive. Overall, definitely recommend for families with young children!

We stayed here with our daughter because we'd heard that this particular hotel (being a TUI Blue) would cater for our daughter who has several severe food allergies. Upon check in, the receptionist gave us a card and told us to go and meet the restaurant manager and head chef immediately. Both were very caring and fully understood. Our daughter's food was cooked separately when required to avoid cross contamination and overall, she ate very well. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a 5 minute walk from Cala'n Bosch Marina and shops/restaurants. All staff were friendly and approachable and work very hard. The rooms are cool, clean and spacious. Our only slight concern was the poor locking mechanism on the patio doors, this could be improved. We have booked to return in June 2025.

We like it that there is the kids club option. However we feel like that morning session should start earlier (10am instead of 10:30am), and start later for the afternoon session (2:30pm instead of 2:00pm)
