While the hotel is peaceful and the pool area is very pleasant, the hotel is otherwise very disappointing. Decor is outdated, food and beverages are basic and the services are lacking. The hotel does not meet what is expected from five-star establishment.

Un lieu où le client se sent respecté. Un havre de paix très bien conçu avec des chambres bien équipées et bien isolées autour d’une superbe piscine. Repas variés ( 6 choix de plat par jour) et de grande qualité. Animations sympa le soir. Bref, un havre de paix dans une île surpeuplée en août.

Cien por cien recomendable! El hotel una maravilla para tener tranquilidad y relax. El personal encantador. La calidad de la comida increíble. Todo el buffet, tanto los desayunos, como las cenas. ( las cenas primero es buffet y segundo a elegir) os aseguro que tanto la carne como el pescado riquísimo y fresco. Volveremos seguro.

Good check in, glass of cava and was shown to our room. Room was comfortable and clean. Love that the rooms overlook the pool. Staff were excellent all very friendly and tried to help. Food was good. All areas of the hotel kept very clean. Location of hotel was good. Beach and marina a 5 minute walk. Supermarket by the hotel. Only thing for improvement would be a drying rack on the balcony for swimwear and towels.

Superbe établissement parfaitement entretenu La norme « Adults only » est respectée (pas de jardins d’enfants ou de cris répétitifs, un grand calme dans tous les espaces, ce qui est très appréciable !) Grande propreté et service de chambre très réactif (nos chambres prêtes au retour du petit déjeuner) Services de qualité Personnel professionnel et aimable Jolie piscine Restauration d’excellente qualité (1/2 pension) Commerces divers (location véhicule, tabac, supérette… ) à proximité immédiate Lieux de magnifiques baignades à 200m Navette gratuite possible pour Ciutadella Bref, je recommande !
