Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho

Excellent service. We're going to visit again.

I came across Zannier's profile on social media, saw the photos of their property Bai San Ho and I was immediately filled with longing. The landscape is simply jaw-dropping. Upon my arrival, the reality of the surroundings and the resort's exceptional team exceeded my expectations. The resort is built beautifully to blend with the nature surrounding it. My favourite part is undoubtedly the remarkable boulder rocks at the far right end of the bay. Truly spectacular. The villas were designed masterfully to respect the traditional ways of Vietnamese living and as such each villa category corresponds to a certain theme - mine was a Paddy Field Villa and I could understand how a humble fisherman's hut inspired it; with a subtle touch of luxury of course. The 1 mile-long beach is pristine, everyone had their own little slice of privacy despite sharing it. The same goes for the 20m long infinity pool perched atop the hills, it was never really busy and sometimes I found myself having the entire area to myself at certain times throughout the day. The staff was always there to look after me; from getting me coffee/drinks/items from the menu to happily take a picture when I asked them to. I can say with confidence that there are not many places in the world with true authenticity that Bai San Ho offers. My 3 nights stay was an absolute dream. This is a place where I was able to disconnect from the world and in turn connect with nature and my inner child. I'm already longing to come back, or better yet to experience Zannier's other properties around the globe.

It was the first time for us in a Zannier property and it definitely won't be the last - we liked everything - especially the idea that the Zannier Group is emphasizing certain values (like preservation of environment, commitment to local communities, trying to keep the property in harmony with the nature etc.). We're already looking forward to explore the other properties soon, and hope to find similar components of what is described above :-)

I am not one to spend too much time writing reviews. All I can say is that everything is five star all the way, there’s no detail that’s left unnoticed. It’s an amazing hotel and you’re going there to relax. Tim and the GM made it a great experience

Stopped in a hillside pool villa-two bedrooms with the best breakfast included in the whole of Vietnam served by Trieu our wonderful waitress. Set in a very secluded area so if you want to get out you will have to have a taxi to the nearest restautant . Meals in the evening are mediocre and run by a manager from Spain can not remember his name but needs lessons in guest relations and politeness .Lunch on the Beach was superb as were the whole of the staff . The area is known as (Bay of corals) so we decided to go out in the speedboat and go snorkling Tony our driver was excellent and guided us to the coral area ( not as impressive as we thought it would be ) The villa was very spacious and very rustic im sure cleaning is absolutely hard to keep spik and span and hard to keep hygienic especially with cracked wood furniture ,but the views are spectacular .Prices of the food and beverages are very pricey as they have got you and they charge a fee for room service with service charge ( sent by buggy) and you pour your own drinks so can not understand why the service charge on top of delivery .Pool was an infinity pool but was a shame the foliage when in the pool was blocking the view
