Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho

Perfect hotel and holiday! The ceiling of the secluded hotel is worth coming again and again. We booked the basic room type paddy field villa this time. The furnishings and colors of the room complement the surrounding natural environment and are full of wildness. It is worth mentioning that the room is so close to nature, but the hygiene is kept very clean. I didn't see a bug, and the air conditioner didn't make any noise, which shows the basic maintenance of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant, gym, and private beach are perfect. The staff greet you at any time, full of smiles, making you feel at home. The hotel is mostly French, and there are few Asian faces, but there is no difference in service. Although there was no sunny day in three days, it was not boring at all. The hotel has a wealth of activities and water sports to choose from. In addition, since the New Year was spent in the hotel, the hotel had a mandatory dinner to attend. Here, I would like to thank Ctrip for helping to communicate and perfectly solve the emergency. In short, although the journey is long, it is still worth coming!

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) reisten insgesamt für 5 Wochen durch Vietnam. Dabei war unser 8-tätiger Aufenthalt im Zannier Bai San Ho einfach unvergesslich! Vom ersten Moment an waren wir beeindruckt vom herausragenden Service. Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer bereit, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das köstliche Essen, das jeden Tag aufs Neue begeisterte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen, regionalen und teilweise selbst erzeugten Produkten. Auch das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war ein Highlight. Die Gerichte waren nicht nur geschmacklich hervorragend, sondern auch wunderschön präsentiert. Wir haben in keinem anderen Hotel in Vietnam so gut gegessen. Die Vielfalt der Speisekarte ließ keine Wünsche offen und es wurde auch auf spezielle Ernährungswünsche Rücksicht genommen. Tip: Unbedingt die eigenen Zannier Weine aus den hauseigenen Weingütern in Frankreich und Portugal probieren. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Direkt am Meer gelegen, bietet es einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Es war einfach wunderbar, morgens vom Rauschen der Wellen geweckt zu werden und den Tag mit einem Spaziergang am Strand zu beginnen. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten (bspw. e-Foil, Kayak und Windsurfen) haben mir sehr viel Spass gemacht. Zudem haben uns (insb. den Kindern 3y und 6y) die für mich überraschend schönen und gut erhaltenen Korallen sehr viel Freude beim schnorcheln bereitet. Die Spa Behandlung zählt mit zu den besten, welche wir bis dato in einem Hotel hatten. Beim betreten fühlt man sich in einer anderen Welt, well done! Zusammenfassend kann ich das Zannier Bai San Ho nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der exzellente Service, das leckere Essen und die fantastische Lage am Meer machen dieses Hotel zu einem perfekten Ort für eine erholsame und unvergessliche Zeit. Ich möchte mich bei allen Mitarbeitern des Zannier Bai San Ho für den tollen Aufenthalt und die schöne Zeit bedanken. Insbesondere bei Linh, Trinh, Bach, Tim sowie David und Alain. Wir können es kaum erwarten zurückzukommen sowie die anderen Zannier-Hotels in Cambodia, Namibia und Frankreich zu entdecken.

Quel hôtel formidable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le professionnalisme des équipes, l’attention aux détails, le cadre idyllique dans lequel s’inscrit l’hôtel et ses villas somptueuses ont contribué à un séjour hors du temps. Le calme nous a permis de nous relaxer et de continuer notre voyage asiatique apaisées. Un grand merci aux équipes spa, réception, bagagiste et F&B pour ce weekend formidable ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à l’avenir et repartons la tête pleine de souvenirs…

This hotel sets the bar for exclusivity very high. The beach villa we occupied (116) was perfectly located and super pleasant. This was our second stay at a Zannier hotel (the first being at the Phil Baitang). And we were enchanted by the simple luxury of these 2 properties. No bling bling here but we feel privileged to be there and we lack nothing. The setting is idyllic and the restaurants excellent. The service is attentive and smiling. The spa is also very well made. I thank Alain, the manager, for the work accomplished in the management of this admirable resort. I thank Dao, Lyn and Javier for their advice and kindness. I also thank Chef Hoai, young, friendly and talented with whom we had an excellent time at the market and during the cooking class in the resort's magnificent Vietnamese restaurant overlooking the rice fields.

The setting is idyllic, the staff are incredible and the food divine. The team is incredible: from the driver to the maintenance staff, kitchen staff and guest assistants. We felt privileged to stay here after a similar experience at Phum Baitang. I recommend the cooking class wisely offered by Javier and the market visit with Hoai. Thank you for everything!
