They were super helpful

We stayed here in March 2022 - it was not a great experience. Reception staff were a mixed bag, some very helpful, others indifferent or downright contemptuous. I would recommend obtaining receipts for anything you pay for, as when the reception staff change shift things like breakfast or taxi bookings are poorly recorded. We were met twice with an insistence that we had not paid for something when we had - this leads to a mistrusting atmosphere that does not appear to have been the experience of Thai reviewers of this hotel on tripadvisor. The room was badly maintained, ac was barely cold, it was a struggle to slide open the shower door because the runners were broken, lighting is basic and inadequate. Housekeeping did not come and we had to request them to come and replace towels etc. Breakfast was adequate. The corridors of the hotel were full of dirty plates of room service food that had not been cleaned away, which was pretty gross. The hotel is situated on an extremely busy road with no proper pavements which felt dangerous walking along especially at night. There are a lot of food places nearby but this adds to the traffic mayhem with kids on mopeds zooming in and out, I'm used to traffic in Thailand but this felt really hectic. I would recommend skipping this place and staying in the old town if possible which was quieter at night when we were there.

Nice hotel, great location, fair price. We got a free upgrade to a large suite room upon check-in. Unfortunately no coffee facilities in the room, but you can get free (and good) coffee in the restaurant downstairs, 24 hours per day. Located in a busy street with many restaurants and local street food. Walking distance to Songkhla Old Town. Would definitely stay here again!
