酒店設施設備非常不錯，服務人員都很熱情專業，細心的交代入住事項，房間乾淨衞生，可以用窗明幾凈來形容；早餐很不錯，很豐盛，推薦！

房間蠻舒適的，前台還給我們升房了，還很熱情，人特別好，還多給了我早餐券，一直提醒我們怎麼使用熱水，讓我們多穿點，走的時候還送了飲品，服務很好，有機會下次還會再選這家酒店

호텔 예약 후 중국에 도착해서 전화를 걸었다.
송판고성 터미널에서 픽업, 샌딩 서비스가 되는지 물었더니
젊은 여직원이 분명히 모두 가능하다고 대답했다.
체크인 당일 터미널에 내려 전화를 걸었더니
예약이 안 돼 있다느니 터미널은 픽업이 안 된다느니 당당하게 택시를 타고 오라고 했다.
알고보니 황룡공항 픽업만 되는 건데
호텔 직원이 잘못 말을 했던 것이다. ㅡㅡ:;;;;;;
애초에 그 직원이 픽업 안 된다고 했으면 "무료 취소 기간"에 취소를 하고 다른 숙소를 알아봤을 것이다.
직원교육을 똑바로 시켰으면 좋겠다.
분명히 유선전화로 답변을 들은 건데 우리를 도리어 이상한 사람처럼 만들어서 정말 기분이 나빴다.
호텔 상태는 상당히 훌륭했지만
이용하는 내내 기분이 상했고
호텔 직원의 미숙함 때문에 예상치 못한 택시비가 발생해서 언짢았음.
