The inn is very close to the ancient city and close to the Minjiang River. It has a beautiful environment. The courtyard, breakfast room and Chinese restaurant all have a sense of design. The room is spacious and clean. The balcony can directly see the greenery of the courtyard and the Minjiang River, which is very comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic. We arrived at the inn very early in the morning due to our early flight. The boss also prepared breakfast for us, which was very warm. The inn has its own restaurant, which tastes good and is recommended to try. I came back to Songpan 10 years later and the experience was still very good. I gave the inn a thumbs up!

My stay here was delightful! I only stayed one night, but wish I would have stayed two. Definitely stay here the night before your flight, if you’re flying out of JiuZhaiGou. It’s so close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and helping me book transportation from Songpan to my next village stop. The room was comfortable (there was no AC, and in August the room was a little too warm, but not bad). The decor in the hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast room had glorious views of the valley. The breakfast is served with beautiful presentation and is a fresh, healthy meal to start the day. The hotel is walking distance from a long road of restaurants and tourist shops. Though the name has “Songpan” in it, it’s actually about a 20-30 minute drive from Songpan Ancient Town, but the area was calm and quiet, so I didn’t mind.

The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic, they go out to say hello and pick them up. The hotel is very beautiful and full of green plants! The room has hot water and floor heating, which is very comfortable. The children like it very much. Sitting directly on the ground and watching TV, it feels very warm. The boss knows that we like to eat fruit, so he helped us prepare the fruit in advance and turn on the floor heating. It was heartwarming to meet such a nice shop and owner during the trip. The only thing I think is that the room is a little small, but the equipment is complete and sufficient. The boss was afraid that we would be hungry, so he recommended some delicious restaurants nearby. He would like to come again next time.
