房間衞生很好，總枱服務也很好，還貼心的給免費礦泉水和酸奶，傍晚還可以出門去馬路對面廣場溜達溜達，下次出差旅行還會來這裏住

房間一般，煙味濃烈。隔板間。貌似大通鋪間壁出來幾個所謂的特價豪華房。晚上隔壁打呼嚕和打電話聽得一清二楚。晚上上衞生間放個屁都能被驚醒的那種無效隔音。預訂時在攜程上左挑右挑，點評分數位居攜程榜前三。但是體驗感太差了！哪怕價格貴一點，隔音好一點，我們都能接受。不要打着虛假宣傳繼續推廣。什麼房間就是什麼房間。標準豪華大床房不是這樣的。早餐也是一般般。正趕上現場拍推廣營銷視頻。擺拍的太不真實！唯一讓我們欣慰一點的是前台的服務員。態度確實不錯。不管真笑假笑，笑的挺專業。我們也是旅遊無數個城市。路過鬆原駐足休息一個晚上。以上此文全無惡意，全是實事求是。希望貴店加以改進。

前台戴眼鏡的男服務生滿嘴謊話，告訴我給房間升級了，其實不但沒給升級，給我安排了一間把山的房間，並且正對着廣場，晚上吵鬧就算了，早晨早早就能吵醒，房間空調不好使，把山的房間特別冷，這一宿是又吵鬧又冷。不要求你給升級房間，你也不要欺騙我們，這種被欺騙戲弄的感覺太生氣了，笑面虎的人真可氣，我以為他給我升級了還連連感謝他呢，説出來是讓其他的住客謹防受騙。
