Check In war in Ordnung, es wurde alles erklärt! Zimmer: sehr warm und stickig im Zimmer, WC Türdrücker defekt! Frühstück: wenig Auswahl, Die Angestellten sind mehr herum gestanden als, dass mal ein Tisch abgeräumt wurde! Als Kärntner Gast fühlt man sich nicht willkommen, da man ständig ignoriert wird! Abendessen: Katastrophe - Essen nur lauwarm, keine große Auswahl, Personal bringt 1 Getränk dann waren sie den ganzen Abend nicht mehr zum Tisch gekommen, man wird weder gefragt ob man eine Weinkarte haben will oder Sonstiges! Qr Codes fehlten auf den Tischen wo man sich die Weinkarte ansehen hätte können! Geschirr schmutzig! An der Bar spiegelt es sich wieder, man bekommt 1 Getränk, danach wird man ignoriert! Spa - sollte eine Ruhe Bereich sein, wenn darin Musik gespielt wird und geschrien wird, man zu einen Angestellten sagt, dass dies nicht ok ist und zu guter letzt noch angegrinst / ausgelacht wird, dann fragt man sich wohl, was da nicht richtig läuft! Einmal und nie wieder!

Prima esperienza in questa struttura. Accoglienza, ospitalità , servizi, cucina tutto eccellente ! Palestra ricca di attrezzature di qualità . Zona piscina e sauna estremamente curate e accessibili durante gran parte della giornata. Ricchissima la varietà al ristorante. Zona comodissima per escursioni e impianti di risalita . Weekend da favola ! Complimenti sinceri !

Hotel has 2 cameras in the "NUDE SAUNA AREA" and they are filming naked guests while on thair relaxing vacation. There is NO information for the guests that thay are being recorded naked and the most desturbing thing is that they allow KIDS to go into the sauna area ( family hotel)!!! It is a serious breach of privacy and against the law !!! If enyone was at the hotel from 2014 they can take legal acctions against Falkensteiner.

Struttura ricettiva di alto livello, non troppo distante dal confine italiano, dotata di ogni confort. Probabilmente uno degli hotel con la più ampia SPA / piscina interna che conosca. Lo consiglio vivamente per un momento di relax in famiglia o con amici.

Terribile ****** tutto il giorno, bimbi maleducati che corrono e gridano in continuazione. Mensa caotica con poche proposte locali. Bar caro. Orari pasti discutibili. Alla sera il nulla. Il personale non parla italiano nonostante che l’Italia sia a 200 metri. Hotel a 4 stelle e’ …. altro. Sconsigliato.

Hotel strapieno di bambini e di genitori estremamente maleducati. Il personale - anche se sollecitato - non interviene per garantire che i servizi siano fruibili per tutti. La piscina è inutilizzabile perché sempre invasa da bambini, urla di bambini e schiamazzi a tutte le ore del giorno, ristorante/buffet nel totale caos con bambini che corrono ovunque con il cibo in mano. In sostanza, nessuno dei servizi che vengono presentati risulta effettivamente fruibile in modo corretto. Sconsigliatissimo.

Hotel molto grande in una zona dispersa in montagna. Ci è stata affidata una camera al piano 0, abbastanza grande ma poco funzionale, letti e cuscini veramente scomodi. Davvero brutto, piccolo e con una vista inesistente il balconcino che vista la nostra prenotazione (camera deluxe e non standard) ci ha davvero delusi. Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati di camera ma la nostra richiesta non è stata accolta a causa del numero alto di visitatori e quindi delle poche camere disponibili. Servizio al ristorante e al bar molto buono anche se quest'ultimo è davvero caro. Piscina troppo piccola rapportata al numero di visitatori con acqua non sufficientemente riscaldata. Poche informazioni a riguardo delle escursioni della zona. Alla sera il nulla cosmico, vista la zona isolata della struttura credo che un intrattenimento serale sia dovuto.

Parfait...le personnel,la chambre,le spa, les activités et la station. La garderie est très agréable et ma nourriture au top. par contre c'est très familial. Je ne recommande pas pour un couple. Encore merci à l'hôtel pour tout
