Das Gasthaus ist zusammen mit ihren Besitzern seeehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung wurde seit längerem nicht mehr erneuert. Aber es war sauber und - im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels - gab es im Doppelzimmer auch 2 Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Bett war ok, aber Zimmer und Bad waren schon ziemlich klein. Nachts war es schön ruhig. Der Preis ist für diesen Gasthof schon etwas überzogen. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich gut. Zum Abendessen: Passend zum Spruch von Henry Ford (Sie können einen Ford in jeder Farbe haben – Hauptsache er ist schwarz) gab es zum Abendessen eine riesige Auswahl, nämlich ausschließlich Schnitzel.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist in Ordnung, gepflegt und sauber. Die Inhaber kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste und machen am Wocheenende auch ein Frühstück vor 8;00 möglich. Das Restaurant ist aus Gesundheitsgründen leider nicht mehr im Betrieb.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, und zwar alles. Das sieht aus, als wäre seit den 80ern die Zeit stehengeblieben. Muffige Teppichböden, stockfleckige Gardinen, uralte Einrichtung... Die Inhaber sind schon recht betagt und haben wohl verpasst, früher in den Ruhestand zu gehen. Unfreundlicher Empfang vom Chef ("wie kommen Sie hier herein?"), die Chefin wüscht zum Frühstück nicht zuerst einen guten Morgen, sondern weist pampig auf die Maskenpflicht hin (wohlgemerkt ihre eigene, offiziell gibt es diese Pflicht nicht mehr). Im Restaurant gibts nur noch das, was die Chefin vorbereiten kann (zweimal Gulasch und fertig). Eigentlich ein trauriger Anblick... daher die Prognose, dass das bald ein Ende hat.
