Trist omgivning med rivningshus till granne men nära till stranden.
Personalen var dåliga på engelska.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, śniadania przepyszne. Korzystaliśmy również z basenu, jacuzzi i sauny. Jesteśmy z całego pobytu bardzo zadowoleni. Wszyscy pracownicy bardzo sympatyczni i przyjemni. Napewno wrócimy. Polecamy z całego serca.

Wir hatten 5 Nächte im Business Zimmer gebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und frisch.Sobald etwas fehlte, wurde es sofort nachgelegt.Besonders lecker war die grosse Kuchenauswahl. Das gesamte Personal im Hotel ist freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch beim Frühstück. Im Hotel wird Polnisch und Englisch gesprochen. Auf jeden Fall sollte man abends im Cafe Xander im Hotel essen. Das Essen wird abwechselungsreich, kreativ,schmackhaft und sterneverdächtig zubereitet. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter und würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Bardzo niewłaściwy dostęp do Państwa plaży. Wymagał osobistego "zajmowania" leżaków z samego rana - później właściwie były niedostępne z powodu wynajęcia osobom "z zewnątrz". A wybór tego hotelu miał na celu wygodne "plażowanie". Toaleta plażowa przez tą powszechną "dostępność" nie licowała z klasą hotelu.

We had a reservation at another hotel in the chain in Sopot. They efficiently found a room at Haffner for us. We found the hotel beds comfy. The breakfast complete, and tasty. The sauna area well laid out, the private beach is a plus. There was very little space to set things in the bathroom. The sink design is terrible. And one of the bed lamps was broken. The bar price was 5 euros for 250ml of water with lemon ... very expensive.

I highly recommend this hotel, this was my second stay, i noticed much improvement from couple of years back. The building was renovated and the standard of cleaning is much better than before. Food was nice and tasty and the hotel is very well located, close to the city center.

Ground flor looks reach and posh but first floor a wee bit old fashion. Bathroom definitely not a 5 star. Breakfast super expensive. if 4 people would pay for breakfast this would double the cost of room. also price for parking was shocking

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, pokoje czyste, śniadania wręcz wyśmienite, było w czym wybierać. Dość często korzystamy z hoteli, ale byłam pod wrażeniem obsługi hotelu. Ponieważ partner jeździ na wózku inwalidzkim, a łazienka nie do końca spełniała podstawowe standardy, po naszej interwencji, manager hotelu zaproponował nam zmienię pokoju, a dodatkowo przy toalecie została zamontowana poręcz. Oboje byliśmy pod wrażeniem szybkiej reakcji. Poza tym na korytarzu można było praktycznie przez cały dzień spotkać personel sprzątający, było naprawdę czyściutko. Polecamy również gorąco restaurację hotelową, bo ośmiornica tam podane była wspaniała. Do tego bardzo zacny wybór win. Jedynym minusem, o ile można to tak nazwać, była możliwość korzystania z prywatnej plaży nad morzem. My mieliśmy wykupione trzy noce w czerwcu 2024, a korzystać z plaży można było za dodatkową opłatą 50 zł od osoby. Być może w pakiecie obejmującym co najmniej 4 nocy taka opłata była wliczona w koszty, jednak my musielibyśmy dopłacić. Ale nie było to "konieczne" ponieważ wjazd wózkiem inwalidzkim był raczej niemożliwy. Podjazd o zbyt dużym nachyleniu, nie pozwalał na wjazd na plażę. Wypoczynek był bardzo udany, ogólnie polecamy
