Okay, the rooms are relatively nice in this hotel, we arrived on a snow day, so the view outside is nice as well. Only problem of the room is the noise from the engine room next to us, which is quite noisy and the noises continued during our stay. But I have a more important question I would like to ask: WHERE ARE THE HOTEL STAFF AND BREAKFAST? I noticed that we were probably the only guests in the hotel last night, so I received this notice in Swedish (I speak English) stating that the restaurant would not be open, but the next morning we went to the restaurant at 8:00 and the door was locked? Even though we were the only guests, there was no breakfast? I clearly remembered that when I booked the room, the hotel provided breakfast, even until 10 o'clock on Saturdays. So where is the breakfast? Where are the front desk staff? Is a guest no longer a guest? Do you only provide service when the hotel is full? If so, please don’t accept reservations when you don’t want to provide any services, good luck. (Oh btw don’t try to call them, they never picked up the phone call)

Fruktansvärt kallt överallt, både på rum och i restaurang. Ingen bemanning i receptionen innan kl 16 en vardag. Brandlarm som gick och högst oklart vad som skulle göras.

Awkward, uncomfortable parking. No one to help at check in. Key left in envelope and info only in Swedish (not English) as I made my reservation in. Small room, not comfortable at all. Very disappointed.

The property was elegant but in need of some refreshing. It was very odd to have no contact with staff because I arrived at 5pm. I had to search for a very long time to find where I was supposed to go to pick up my key - there was no signage in the front of the hotel which I thought was the entrance - I just wandered around & finally found where my key was. That was not a good experience, but all other aspects of my stay was terrific.

Die Erwartungen an einen Aufenthalt in einem herrschaftlichen Haus wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, das Zimmer sehr klein, dunkel und von einem Brummen einer Klimaanlage erfüllt. Diese Klimaanlage diente leider nicht zur Klimatisierung des sehr warmen Zimmers.
Der Sessel des Zimmers war leider fleckig beschmutzt.
Das inbegriffene Frühstück war ordentlich.

Komfortable, gode senger. Rent. Enkel stil på hotellrom. Vakkert og nostalgisk i hovedhus. Meget god frokost. Topp med gratis parkering. Familievennlig og rolig, nært Sundsvall. Bowling og bordtennis var populært for hele familien. Butikk og grei pizza- og kebabsjappe like i nærheten. Kort spasertur ned til strender og tilrettelagte spaser-/sykkelveier.

Portkoden fungerade inte vid ankomst och ingen bemannad reception. Trevliga och rena rum. Kuddarna dock en katastrof, hårda och knöliga. Trots obemannad bra service med tillgång till kylskåp, glas, porslin och bestick. Mysiga och inbjudande gemensamhetsutrymmen. Trevlig omgivning.
