Nous y allons depuis quelques années car nous aimons cet endroit. Par contre, à 2 reprises lors de nos derniers séjours, nous avons oublié des objets dans la chambre et même si nous l’avons mentionné à la réception seulement 1h ou 2h après notre départ, ils ne nous ont pas redonné ces objets. Étant convaincue à 100% de les avoirs oubliés dans la table de chevet et dans un peignoir, je suis vraiment très déçue de ne pas ravoir mes choses. De plus, habituellement tous les bassins du spa sont en fonction mais cette fois-ci, il y en avait 2 qui étaient hors fonction et l’eau d’un autre contenait une petite mousse brunâtre douteuse.

La réceptionniste nous a fait attendre jusqu’à 16:00 pour nous donner nos chambres qui selon moi était déjà prête.
