The rooms are a nice size, the location is good and the rooms are clean. The staff we met were friendly, but that's it for the positives unfortunately. We paid for ocean facing and asked for an upstairs room. I understand this would be subject to availability. However we ended up on the ground floor. The ground floor rooms are at street level, which is traffic noise level with very little view from a balcony that is 3M long by 1m wide at best, so you rather feel you got second prize when you look up to the upstairs rooms with the views and larger balconies. Suprisingly the rooms have no safe, which is really inconvenient for an international traveller who wants to secure their valuables and documents while they go to the beach. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom so you have to leave the door open to the lounge area while you sleep which means you are subject to corridor noise. The included continental breakfast can be generously described as basic. We wouldn't return or recommend as we left with a feeling of cost cutting everywhere right down to the small plastic bottles of water in the fridge priced at 3 dollars!

Had a 1 Bedroom Spa Apartment - Ocean view 3 night special. This is not a 5 star venue, but it's great value. The rooms are large, clean, the facilities good and with undercover parking. Everything was perfect in our apartment. The rooms are bigger than average and well fitted, down to wireless phone charger and USB by the bed. Bathroom with spa was huge and amazing. Bed was very comfortable. The sunset views from the balcony make it all worthwhile. The rooms are surprisingly quiet. I managed to leave an item behind in our room. Contacted reception later and the item posted to me the next day. This was a birthday weekend and we were supplied with a nice bottle of wine on arrival. Very happy with our stay and will be back.

Well the clue is in the name ‘Quality’ because this is what this hotel is all about.From the minute you park your car check in and head to your room you know that you have made the right choice.Lovely friendly staff quick and easy check in.We had an ocean facing room that was stunning in every way. Fantastic sun sets.The room was the cleanest room we have ever encountered and I took time to say thank you to the house keeping staff for this. Bed lovely great linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Nice size tv. 10min walk to Hillary’s Boat Harbour. I could just go on and on but cannot add anymore than I have already said so will stop here. Hated leaving would love to come back one day..

We spent 4 nights in January 2024 here - great basic+ hotel. We had a beach view room which was great - key points: * 15 minute walk to Hillarys which has a number of cafes and restaurants * Room was clean and well maintained, though room servicing timing was a bit confusing * Wifi OK - was sometimes throttled at peak times * Cafe on premises is a nice little spot for a drink / snacks

2 bedroom apartment, 3 adults Continental breakfast included, cooked breakfast is an extra cost The apartment 117 2 decent sized bedrooms, main with built in wardrobes and second with only drawers Both bedrooms had ceiling fans and the beds were pretty comfortable The lounge had a dining table and 2 couches, one of which folds out to a bed The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, so it's ideal for a self catering holiday There are 2 showers (1 over the bath) but only 1 toilet which is off the laundry which has a huge washing machine The swimming pool/spa/sauna and BBQ area is well maintained, clean and rarely used by other guests except for weekends The location The resort is literally 50m from the beach, which is manned by surf life savers and is very clean. Hillarys boat harbour is a 10 minute walk where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Sorrento is a 30 minute drive from Perth city or the airport and you'll need a cab or hire car to get to/from supermarkets/bottle shops etc. We hired from Bayswater car hire - I can highly recommend
