The staff was pretty rude. Was being called in the middle of the night because I extended for another night (booked through the app) and they thought another person was coming and staying with me. They didn't even confirm first of how many person was staying and directly said that they will bring me to the police? So rude. Also the wifi was not free. For the scale of that hotel they should've provide free wifi at least. Breakfast was so so. Location was pretty far from the piazza and no shuttle available. There's mini tiny bug on my bed.

We did not appreciate having to constantly be in flux over where we might have breakfast, enjoy the "Executive Lounge" or be able to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, after we had made our reservations well in advance, the Hilton Sorrento Palace booked convention attendees which filled the property with French. Prior to our arrival, we were regularly asked if we were going to actually use our reservations...annoying. As Diamond members for years, we certainly appreciated being upgraded and thoroughly enjoyed a panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. However, we would have liked to also experience some of the hotel amenities which were either closed to non-convention guests or overrun by the French. We were never even allowed to enter the actual Executive Lounge which had received rave accolades. Business is business, but in these days of economic uncertainty, premium/recurring customers should not be overlooked. All-in-all our experience was absolutely excellent, but we would one day love to return to the Hilton Sorrento Palace with its exhorbitant prices (Euro25 for Asian Crab Soup???) but will want to be able to partake of its full menu of touted offerings.

Situated on a slight hill with walking access within 5 mins to bustling area of sorrento. Bedrooms to a good standard. Food delicious. There is a large outdoor pool and indoor pool. There is a private garden with citrus trees. Great location and would recommend to families.

There was a private party staying at the same time as us. We paid a lot of money to stay here and we were not allowed to use the restaurant or bar because they were for the conference. We were treated as second class citizens because we were not with the conference (so far this has lasted 3 days). They allowed us to use their floor 7 bar and charged ยฃ25 per glass of wine. Will never stay in a Hilton again.

Great location for the views with 7 minutes walk through the garden to Main Street of shops/resturants Breakfast at hotel is great, have an omelette made and some fresher squeezed OJ Donโt recommend eating at the hotel bar/resturant, go into town and eat itโs way better experience and food

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is perfect with a great view. It was easy to walk around the city from this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. We are Hilton Diamond Members and they upgraded our room to one with an incredible view. We stayed for three nights and it was one of the best Hiltons we have stayed at and we always stay at Hilton. The restaurants were good and the breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room has a great morning view of the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.
