The hotel was AMAZING. Everyone was so helpful, patient and kind to us. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and they were very accommodating. The location was perfect and we could walk to everything we needed.

Una scelta che rifarei senza alcuna esitazione . La struttura mette a disposizione un team dedicato per il "wedding", che ci ha permesso di organizzare il nostro matrimonio in soli 5 mesi, rendendolo un evento indimenticabile , in un clima di professionalità e organizzazione che è difficilmente riscontrabile in altre strutture . Ci hanno messo al nostro agio , ci hanno reso qualsiasi scelta , una scelta " facile ", ci hanno trattato come fossimo persone di famiglia , prima che clienti , la cosiddetta Hospitality è stata ben percettibile sin dal giorno 1. Un grazie speciale a Teresa e al team Wedding per aver curato ogni minimo dettaglio, che ci ha permesso di trascorre una giornata favolosa , in una location favolosa, che fa della qualità il suo MUST . From the moment our car arrived to drop us off we knew we were staying somewhere special. The location of the property on the bluff is beyond stunning! You must make sure you have a room on the sea side of the hotel with a terrace if possible. We stayed in room 306 which is 2 floors below the lobby level. We had a very large terrace to enjoy the spectacular views! Many have small balconies for 2 which also seem quite nice. The staff was amazing! I had been corresponding with Antonino for sometime before our arrival seeking his advice on private car transfers, restaurants, Pompeii visit ad guide, Capri, etc. He was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this hotel in the city center!

We have just completed a wonderful 10 day stay (May 2024). The latest of several stays over recent years. We are drawn to Sorrento and Naples for many reasons but it is mainly this exceptional hotel that brings us back time after time. The warmth and spirit of the staff, the beauty of the property and its situation (an oasis in a charmingly lively town), the comfort and elegance of the building and its decoration - both the guest rooms and the public spaces, and the quality and variety of the food and wine. We typically stay in five star hotels but this is the one that really does have it all. It stands out. And that is not by accident - it is evident that the Russo family and the hotel's general manager, Claudio Napolitano, recognise the fundamental importance of supporting their excellent staff, many of whom have been in long service with the hotel. This is a wonderful property and we recommend it without hesitation to travelers who are discerning but are also seeking a warm and casual a**osphere.

Our stay at Bellevue Syrene was beyond magical! The rooms, the view, the spa, the private beach, the food were top notch but it was the incredible service that sets this hotel apart from the rest. In particular, Gaspare, Antonino, Vanessa, Francesco and Eduardo...throughout our four night stay they became friends, the kind of people you wanted to hug upon our departure and go back to visit one day. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The sunset from the hotel terrace is unmatched!

The Ultimate in luxury and beauty and service! When we approached the hotel, we thought---what a stunning view! As we walked through the hotel and got to our room, we thought -- Oh em gee--can we afford this? Just stunning views, spectacular service, wonderful food, beautifully appointed rooms and the nicest people who will become friends. Rosa was our primary concierge and Manoella our primary server-- superior service and they tended to us beyond our wildest hopes and expectations! If it's in the budget, stay here. If it isn't, go have lunch or dinner on their terrace restaurant. Pizza to die for! Breakfast buffet takes up 2 rooms --- the sweets have their own room. Food in general is fantastic. View will take your breath away. Just the best experience we've had with lodging anywhere.

Bel établissement très reposant d'une élégance Relais & Châteaux. Agréable chambre d'angle prolongée d'une véritable terrasse et d'un balcon à la vue panoramique sur toute la baie de Naples. Restaurant correct à l'a**osphère cependant un peu froide. Parties communes dans l'ambiance XIXe siècle de la péninsule sorrentine.
