The location was excellent , literally a 1 minute walk to the Piazzo Tasso. The room was cleaned everyday and was always immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always accommodating especially Sara. The breakfast was lovely especially the orange cake! I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Sorrento with all the nice streets with boutiques and restaurants very close. The room was really nice, the breakfast was continental but with the possibility to order eggs or omelette for free. The straff is really nice and will make sure that you enjoy your stay. We can really recommend this hiten to anyone going to Sorrento.

Excellent location, big clean rooms, (we stayed a week in the Positano room on the 2nd floor. It may be larger than some. ) and the best staff. We loved Annabella and Anna who served us delicious b'fasts. Small, only 5 rooms I think. They have a nice elevator if you are on the second or third floor. We would definately return to this Hotel.

We thorougly enjoyed our recent stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The Positano room overlooking an alley was just perfect. What we particularly liked were the lovely staff, great breakfasts and central location. We would really love to stay there again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed there over Christmas. Our room was on the 1st floor and was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Anna, were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was great and the coffee machine and snacks available 24 hours a day in reception was a huge plus. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants right there. We highly recommend this hotel in Sorrento and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Palazzo. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we couldn't have felt more at home here. Our room was clean, cozy, up to date and we especially loved the character of the bathroom tile. We were in one of the attic rooms but truly had no complaints about the space and were comfortable there for 3 nights. The palazzo is perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento which made it so convenient to walk to dinner, shopping, the beach clubs, the marina, train station, etc. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and looked forward the breakfast each morning, it was also great having access to the espresso machine in the lobby at all times. I can't say enough great things about our stay here and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Sorrento. We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic in every way possible. This small boutique hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of pretty Sorrento. It has such a warm charm where everything seems to just run perfectly. The ever helpful Anna really went out of her way to make this experience perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would give six stars if I could.

This small boutique hotel is on a quiet lane, close to Piazza Tasso and Corso Italia. It is conveniently located. Minutes from the train/bus stations and marina (ferry). The rooms a large and well appointed. Spotless and with every amenity you could imagine. The breakfast is exceptional, including the very best fresh made eggs by Francesca. Anna (reception) and the entire staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. We could not have wanted for anything more! I would certainly come back, and recommend this perfect place to family and friends! ❤️

The room I was assigned was tiny, in the attic, and could only be reached by climbing a flight of stairs (elevator went to the floor below). It had a tiny window, similar to something on a cruise ship, overlooking an alley. The bathroom was minuscule. The bed and pillows were stone hard. I rolled up the comforter in an attempt to get some comfort - impossible. This was probably the worst bed/pillows I've ever experienced. I could not fall/stay asleep and got as soon as I could - my back and hips were sore. The breakfast was inexpensive basic supermarket stuff - nothing fresh. I learned that the other attic room (I asked to be moved - the staff was nice and courteous) had NO window and the rest of the hotel was booked. One of the rooms has no external windows, only internal windows. I could see people sleeping on the bed from the stairs. The overall vibe is basic B&B - nothing luxurious about it. I am really puzzled re why this place gets such high ratings - I booked it based on strong reviews but it was nothing like I expected. Terrible value. A low point of my trip - could not wait to leave.

Great centrally located small hotel. Very clean and devoting traditional colourful tiles. Balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of the narrow streets yards away from Piazza Tasso. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was good and reception staff were great. Very good value for money.

A perfect location a stone’s throw from the cliff top overlooking the beach clubs & Grand Excelesier hotel in the old quarter… beautiful rooms, breakfast & friendly & knowledgeable staff..5 star! Surrounded by the main shopping street, back streets full of shops & restaurants & great vistas of churches , plazza’s & people!

This place is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The location is perfect. The larger rooms are very spacious, so I’d recommend paying a little extra for a larger room. This is our second time here. The staff truly cares about the guests. The first time we stayed here we had a problem with something and the owner met with us and worked so hard to make it better, we decided to return again. This time, we needed really our laundry washed and the nearby laundromat was closed due to a holiday - so the staff took two loads of our laundry in their personal car to a laundromat 2KM away and had it washed for us. I’m not even sure a five star resort would have done that.

Ideal location a stone's throw from the most important points of the centre.. 5m from the Circumvesuviana station. Staff attentive to guests' needs. Our room in the attic equipped with all comforts and very clean. Excellent continental breakfast. Special thanks go to Anna for her kindness, helpfulness and professionalism, and to Francesca who delighted us with her omelettes and not just at breakfast... we will definitely be back. Thank you

In the center of Sorrento, managed with passion by friendly and kind staff. Rich breakfast full of delicious desserts. Great for families and groups of friends. Beautiful rooms equipped with every comfort.
