The hotel is a family heritage, and the service staff are very nice. It can be seen that they love this job from the bottom of their hearts... What a coincidence, I met their Michelin dinner. Naihua, until the finale, all dancers and carnivals 🎉, the whole atmosphere scene is like a fairy tale...perfectly interprets Italians' relentless pursuit of beautiful details! Recommend friends who come to Nanyi, you must come and experience it

we loved this hotel so much. from check in to ck out we were treated to an experience that was unbelievable the hotel is gorgeous. we drove and it was super easy to park. room 306 was amazing with the most beautiful terrace. breakfast was a perfect experience. the grounds are filled with flowers and trees that are magical.

This hotel is an exceptional place to stay while in Sorrento. The accommodations are first rate and the staff is amazing. The included breakfast is terrific and offers almost anything you could imagine. The hotel is also pet friendly. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views, gardens, and accommodations. The staff was amazing and treated our family wonderfully. The breakfast buffet and service each morning was the best we’ve ever experienced. Definitely recommend to all to stay here.

Ci sei ,e’ l’excelsior Vittoria,appena giunti,sei accolto dal gioviale ed impeccabile Vincenzo,che si prende cura dei tuoi bagagli in modo encomiabile ed incominci ad entrare in un mondo da favola.Tutto e’ perfetto dall’accoglienza,curata dal puntualissimo Marco Gargano che sa capire e cogliere ogni tua esigenza,coadiuvato brillantemente da Mauro ,Camilla ,Corrado ,Aurora! Tutti ti portano in questo mondo di altri tempi e ti fanno vivere esperienze uniche! Le cene curate sapientemente dallo chef Montefusco ti riconciliano con te stesso e con il tuo palato. I tuoi giorni trascorrono in modo magico fino ad arrivare al 31 e la sera dirai ma e’ possibile tutta questa bellezza ,tutta questa magnificenza? Si e ‘ possibile e capisci che veramente non c’è limite al bello e vivi un evento che ti rimarrà’ nel cuore per sempre ,tutto merito di una direttrice Tiziana Laterza che ha tutti i carismi del leader e rende con la sua strabiliante fantasia e la sua incredibile cura di ogni cosa in modo da trasformare la sera del 31 in una festa che ti fa rimanere senza fiato e ti fa chiedere e’ possibile che tutto ciò’ sia vero? We had the incredible experience of spending five nights in the palatial Margaret Room which was in a class of its own with excellent views of the ocean from its balcony. This is a grand, magnificent hotel. The views from its terrace is spectacular. The service is top level at all times. The buffet breakfast is excellent with live piano music and spectacular views of the ocean. The soirees and dinners we attended were exquisitely done.

I love this hotel! Location is perfect - in the middle of town, but lots of privacy from the sprawling stunning grounds. The hotel was festive and decked out for Christmas. The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling and kind. The hotel is simply stunning. 5 stars all the way. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Fabulous start to finish and magnificent setting . Beautiful, great service, warm staff and wonderful food. Highly recommend the hotel. Looking forward to a return trip. The concierge staff is knowledgeable and very happy to satisfy one’s needs.
