The view enticed me to book my stay at hotel cristina, and that is just the beginning to what this amazing property offers. The breakfast and dinner service was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. Thank you Marco and team.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The food is of high quality and there is a great choice both for breakfast and dinner. The views from the rooftop terrace are amazing and from our deluxe room with a side sea views, we could look across the bay of Naples to Vesuvius. The centre of Sorrento is an easy walk from the hotel and the Correale di Terranova museum is close by.

Outstanding hotel in central Sorrento. We were really lucky to have been upgraded to a sea view room. It was excellent. Great facilities and large balcony overlooking the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Breakfast buffet was brilliant (including sparkling wine) and the roof top bar was great for an early evening drink too. Service excellent too. Cannot fault them!

Beautiful building. Authentic and comfortable. Great facilities. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. 2 fabulous pool areas, one on the roof top with sea views. The staff are engaging, professional, attentive and helpful. The location is perfect- a few minutes walk to the station, port and shopping lanes. Views of the bay, Vesuvius and the surrounding hills provide a 360 fabulous outlook. The food was lovely. Great selection at buffet breakfast, and evening meals were a special but relaxed occasion. Our room was made available to us early which was a great surprise. We would certainly stay again if we went back to Sorrento.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful hotel. We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in an excellent location being about a 10 mins walk from the station and 15 mins into the centre of Sorrento. All areas of the hotel are spotless including our room. The decor is lovely.. staff are amazing and cannot do enough to help. We had half board option and had intended to eat out on a couple of nights but the food was so delicious that we stayed right where we were.. breakfast was brilliant we so much choice to set you up for the day. We would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we returned to Sorrento. Lovely pool area on the rooftop with amazing views.. an incredible stay!!

Loved this hotel, very elegant and clean! Great location within walking distance to the Sorrento Sq and main area of shops and restaurants. The lemon garden opposite was a bonus, and we walked to the sunset bar one night before dinner. Rooms were really big and spacious, breakfast was fab! Staff were really help and friendly. Would recommend!

The front desk service was terrible! We just came from Rome, very tired after 6 hour trip and the clerk made us to stay in the hall for half an hour!!!
Also, our son was staying in the different hotel with the football team. When he stopped by to see us, the concierge did not allow him to go on elevator to visit our room??? The excuse given - he is not a guest of hotel. In my traveling to Europe I stayed in many five stars properties, and NEVER heard about the child cannot visit his parents in the room ruling?!

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and welcoming! The room was gorgeous and clean; the breakfast was the best we had while in Italy. We would definitely go back to Sorrento and stay here! We were far from home but felt completely at home at Grand Hotel De La Ville. It was also a very quiet location which was a welcome experience after leaving Rome!
