The location is great, very close to the train station and easy to get to other places. There is a large supermarket next to it, and the sound insulation is a bit poor, that's all. Breakfast is okay, basically acceptable.

Hotel molto carino e ben curato nel centro di Sorrento. Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. L’ambiente è molto curato, molta attenzione anche nella pulizia. La camera era molto carina, piccolina ma dotata di molti confort. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione, che viene servita a buffet. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa, il personale che si occupa delle stanze parla un po’ troppo a voce alta già di mattino presto. Per il resto tutto top e consiglio vivamente questo hotel!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'hotel Sorrento City in occasione di una trasferta lavorativa e non potrei essere più soddisfatta dell'esperienza. L’hotel è situato sul corso principale di Sorrento, a quattro passi dalla stazione centrale, pertanto comodissimo per chi viene da Napoli con la circumvesuviana (ma che io sappia ha anche un parcheggio privato in loco). Convenient structure as it is in the center and close to Piazza Tasso. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was set up to accommodate three people but I had to request what was missing for the third guest (towels, cup, glass, etc.). In the room where we stayed the first night there was an evident infiltration of water from the ceiling which forced us to move the single bed on which some plaster had fallen. On the second day, after our report, we were promptly assigned another room, equally beautiful but without soap dish in the shower or emergency handle. The breakfast on January 1st was very good and rich but in that of January 2nd we found, in addition to fresh croissants, also hard and apparently dated ones that we were forced to leave. Even though I understand the time of year and the location in the city center, I find the quality-price ratio unfavorable.

Hotel in ottima posizione, con parcheggio vicinissimo. Camere spaziose, pulite, ben arredate. La sala colazioni è un po’ piccola ma il sevizio e’ efficiente e la colazione ottima e varia. Abbiamo una figlia celiaca ed, avvisando, hanno provveduto ottimamente anche per lei. Personale alla reception e al bar/colazione molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente.
