位置很棒，離火車站很近，去其他地方也很方便。旁邊就有大型超市，隔音有點差，僅此而已。早餐還可以，基本接受。

The hotel was wonderful. Our rooms were immaculate and very well appointed. The staff were super friendly ( we loved our rooftop bar tender, Rosie). The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of good. Will definitely recommend to friends and we plan to come back.

Hotel molto carino e ben curato nel centro di Sorrento. Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. L’ambiente è molto curato, molta attenzione anche nella pulizia. La camera era molto carina, piccolina ma dotata di molti confort. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione, che viene servita a buffet. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa, il personale che si occupa delle stanze parla un po’ troppo a voce alta già di mattino presto. Per il resto tutto top e consiglio vivamente questo hotel!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'hotel Sorrento City in occasione di una trasferta lavorativa e non potrei essere più soddisfatta dell'esperienza. Tutto, dall'inizio alla fine, è stato semplicemente perfetto. L’hotel è situato sul corso principale di Sorrento, a quattro passi dalla stazione centrale, pertanto comodissimo per chi viene da Napoli con la circumvesuviana (ma che io sappia ha anche un parcheggio privato in loco). Le camere offrono un ambiente moderno e confortevole. La pulizia è impeccabile e ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione, incluso il grazioso balconcino privato che offre una vista nel mio caso sul corso principale dalla città. Il design dell'hotel è elegante e raffinato, con un'atmosfera accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a casa. L'attenzione ai dettagli si nota ovunque, dalle opere d'arte alle rifiniture di alta qualità. La colazione offerta è stata una vera delizia, con una vasta selezione di piatti freschi e deliziosi che soddisfano ogni gusto, oltre che un servizio di caffetteria espressa. Il personale è sempre cortese e disponibile. Non ho avuto l’occasione e il tempo di visitare il rooftop bar, lo farò certamente la prossima volta. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Struttura comoda poiché al centro e vicina a piazza Tasso. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera era predisposta per ospitare tre persone ma ho dovuto richiedere ciò che mancava per il terzo ospite (asciugamani, tazza, bicchiere ecc). Nella stanza in cui abbiamo pernottato la prima notte c’era un’evidente infiltrazione d’acqua dal soffitto che ci ha costretti a spostare il letto singolo sul quale era caduto dell’intonaco. Il secondo giorno, dopo nostra segnalazione, ci è stata tempestivamente assegnata un’altra camera, altrettanto bella ma senza portasapone nella doccia ne’ maniglione d’emergenza. La colazione del 1 gennaio era molto buona e ricca ma in quella del 2 gennaio abbiamo trovato, oltre ai cornetti freschi, anche altri duri ed apparentemente datati che siamo stati costretti a lasciare. Pur comprendendo il periodo dell’anno e la collocazione in centro città, trovo sfavorevole il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel in ottima posizione, con parcheggio vicinissimo. Camere spaziose, pulite, ben arredate. La sala colazioni è un po’ piccola ma il sevizio e’ efficiente e la colazione ottima e varia. Abbiamo una figlia celiaca ed, avvisando, hanno provveduto ottimamente anche per lei. Personale alla reception e al bar/colazione molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente.
