Our stay at the Hotel Prestige came in the middle of a month long trip through southern Italy. Our stay could not have been better. Without exception the staff was so friendly, so helpful, so wonderful. Our room had an enormous, luxurious balcony with breath-taking views. The near-by affiliated restaurant offered delicious meals at super reasonable prices. Free shuttle services get you too and from the beautiful city of Sorrento and the staff will help you arrange visits to other wonderful sites like Capri, Pompei and the Amalfil Coast. For my money, there can be no better place. I will return anytime I am in southern Italy.

Very nice location, great staff, excellent breakfast and nice rooms but the bed was terrible, much like a low budget mattress with the 2 singles pushed together. We were glad to leave after 3 nights to our next stop for a suitable mattress. The restaurant across the road was very nice albeit a little costly.

Siamo arrivati il giorno 25 aprile, hotel sito in collina con vista mare, molto comodo il parcheggio e servizio trasporto dell'hotel per Sorrento. Camere belle, un po' antiquato l'arredamento, colazione ottima e abbondante. Siamo stati accolti da personale gentile e premuroso.

Camera Superior De Luxe....minuscola senza armadio nessun servizio cortesia in bagno, niente cuffia shampoo ecc...solo sapone liquido in dispenser,, TV con segnale ad intermittenza, ma il problema è stato la mancanza di una delle due persiane senza tenda oscurante e con un faro al neon in terrazza , cuscini sottilissimi. Notte in bianco con un Oky al mattino. Al ceckout solo un ", ci dispiace " pagato prezzo pieno senza un cent di sconto!

Siamo stati in questo hotel dal 22 al 24 c.m. È una garanzia. Ci siamo stati la prima volta undici anni fa e da allora è il mostro punto di riferimento. Anche questa volta non si è smentito. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno sostituito la stanza con vista all'interno con una con una magnifica vista sul golfo di Sorrento e un drink di benvenuto con torta caprese e flut di spumante. Consiglio a tutti di andarci per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e per la navetta gratuita per il centro città. Grazie ancora e....a presto

Why sleep in a crowded city when you can sleep in the sky or 450m above sea level or Sorrento with a view that is breath taking. The free included hotel shuttle was only 20min to get to the city and this hotel gets you closer to Amalfi coast anyway. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was excellent and empty. We would go back for sure. Plus a great restaurant on site. Very relaxing.
