We booked a double room, we got a room with 2 beds. After we asked to move room, we were taken to the edge of the hotel with a highway on the window just a nightmare.

Exquisito hotel con muy buena ubicación. Es bellísima la decoración de todo el hotel y sus habitaciones. A minutos caminando de la calle principal. El salon donde se desayuna tiene una vista espectacular! Cuatro piscinas en cascada! Sorrento a pesar de no estar en la costa amalfitna es una de las ciudades mas bellas de la zona.

There is nowhere else like this wonderful hotel. Our second stay here and it just gets better and better. The hotel is stunning, amazing views and luxurious rooms - go for a bay facing one if you can. The staff are so friendly, charming and helpful - they make the stay so special. The terraces are beautiful and the pool area nice to relax above the bustle of the town. It will be a wrench to leave after a perfect week of relaxation and exploring the beautiful coast but we will be back!

As we arrived at the Capodimonte our taxi driver told us this was the best Hotel in Sorrento which we thought he must say to all his passengers at whatever hotel he drops them off at. But it turned out to be true from the moment we walked in to the time we left we could not fault anything. The staff were very professional but also very friendly, our room was very light and airy and looked as if it had been redecorated recently and had a large terrace with sea views over the Bay. We had a large comfortable bed with bath with Shower over, which house keeping serviced everyday. Breakfast and Dinner was served in the restaurant overlooking the bay with a very good selection at the Breakfast Buffet and a formal three course Dinner very well presented.

Beautiful hotel in a PERFECT location! We loved our stay at this hotel. Wonderful service from start to finish with the staff. The concierge made dinner reservations for us every night. The room was beautiful!! We had a room overlooking the sea and words don’t do it justice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The location was amazing, maybe an 8 minute walk to the Main Street in Sorrento. Would love to stay here again!

Went for Easter weekend with my in-laws and had what was the best trip ever! From the location, rooms, to the service everything was exceptional! The receptionists were lovely and extremely accommodating to our requests and needs! Special shout out to the restaurant staff and the bell boy Tonino! The location is superb, probably the best placed to be secluded enough but also close to the centre! It has everything that you can think of in a classy 5 star in fact!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay for our honeymoon. The hotel ambiance and accommodations are wonderful, everything was pristine and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast terrace has a spectacular view and the food was very good - everything you could want, including an omelette station which we loved! The location is top notch - just a short walk down the hill into the walkable town district. The pools were a little chilly in September but the chairs were comfortable, and again, great views. The only downside was the WiFi was awful - we could not get any service in our rooms and had to use the lobby which was disappointing.

Nice hotel with spectacular views. We stayed here for five nights- our room view/balcony looked photoshopped! The room itself was pretty with traditional decor. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Ate at the hotel for dinner one night - everything felt a bit dated but tasted good. We enjoyed the location of the hotel and were able to safely walk into town at all hours of day and night to town.
