Just had a lovely stay at the Astoria the location is perfect for the city. Room & bathroom were a nice size, great shower, balcony was a tad small but ok. Spotlessly clean & maid service everyday. The garden bar is lovely. Good choice at breakfast. The pool is very small, more of a splash pool but great to cool off in, the sun terrace is quite small but we were the only people who used it. The staff are great, super friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is not is perhaps not for young people, it’s got an old fashioned elegance about it that we liked, it was quite full & we didn’t have any issues with noise from adjoining rooms. The location is perfect for the city you’re right in the heart of it, minutes away from dozens of bars & restaurants.

I would not recommend this hotel for many reasons. First of all, we booked a twin bed room (2 separates bed). They gave us a single bed room. Air conditioning not working and horrible view of trash from our balcony. After complaining at the front desk they gave us a bigger room saying it was the best they could offer us. This room was not finished. No lamps or other comodities. Just 2 beds in a very bare room. No air conditioning again (or not working i dont know). Paper thin walls. You're gonna ear EVERYTHING. Forget intimacy and forget peacefull nights. Bed were not clean, stains on the sheets and towels. The buffet in the morning was disgusting. Pastries were not fresh and probably many days old. The only thing we deemed safe to eat was toast and nutella. Staff is nice but not really helpful in any situations. Theres a bar in the lobby but forget it, its never open. Photos are not representative of the current state of this hotel. Forget the garden, nothing going on there. Large drapes on furnitures, you cannot enjoy some time there. For the same price, you could find much better !

Hotel in ottima posizione ma servizi scadenti. Nel 2024 non si può lasciare un TV 20 pollici che per vederla ci vorrebbe un cannocchiale. Colazione scadente per qualità dei prodotti e varietà degli stessi. Al massimo, sforzandosi, può essere considerato un 3 stelle.

We stayed here for one night in February. On a positive side, the hotel is cozy and the staff friendly; the room was warm and the shower worked; the location is great. But, the room was tiny, there were no blankets, just sheets and the bed cover. My sheet had a red wine stain. The bed and pillow were stone hard, I’m a good sleeper but here I suffered. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was mediocre.

A small family hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are fine . The downside is the paper thin walls. Make sure that you bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast food is varied with a good mixture of fruits pastries meats cheese etc. Service in the restaurant is friendly . Make sure to book directly with the hotel as it is easier then to request changes .

This was awful. First of all breakfast food was a state nothing was good and the only thing I could stand was bread. Staff were super rude and awful to me as a paying customer. Shower went freezing cold and was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and the balcony was dirty and noisy at night. This was just awful and the attitude of the staff needs to change.

Delightful hotel in the midst of shops, restaurants, and more. Close to Piazza Sant’ Antonio and easy walk to Piazza Tasso.
Staff excellent and went out of their way to help locate a driver to Naples airport when other arrangements fell through. Would stay there again.
