it's really amazing, especially recommend the restaurant on the roof, which is perfect!! we enjoy the view as well as the service pretty much, and the dessert was a huge surprise for us.

An excellent hotel! . Before travel I emailed and asked various questions and booked airport cars with the concierge -had fast response and a great service. On arrival we were greeted at the door, and had a lovely welcome with one of the speediest check-ins I have experienced anywhere. We were four ladies travelling and we were treated with the utmost respect and high levels of customer service. The rooms were newly updated and super comfortable with every amenity we could want. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious and the service excellent. All staff we met throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean, with pretty gardens and plenty of sun loungers. The location was perfect for sunset vistas, the fab beach club and a short stroll to the many restaurants in town. A fabulous stay and we only wish it could have been longer!!

This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed at just based on the aesthetics, but it also had the worst customer service. Any questions we had for the front desk I felt like we were met with an attitude of us being a burden. It felt a little misogynistic, and I wondered if we would have received the same attitude and attention if we weren't two young women. We asked a question about if we could take a towel from the pool/hotel to the beach and were told no. When we got to the beach/deck area and were being waited on by the staff at the restaurant/bar right by it we were told that they could have given us towels opposed to renting. When we were checking out it was early morning and we did not have time eat breakfast, which they asked about and took note of each time you ate or did not eat. I inquired about getting 2 bottles of water for journey and I was given them.. but had to pay for them. I don't know, but I just felt like an inconvenience at this hotel compared to all the other ones we stayed at on our trip. While it was beautiful, I would not recommend staying here unless you don't think you'd need any assistance from hotel staff and just want to be in a nicer hotel. It was disappointing to say the least considering this was the most expensive place we stayed.

O atendimento do hotel é sem sombra de dúvidas o grande diferencial desse hotel. Fizemos a reserva por recomendação de uma amiga que enfatizou esse aspecto e reitero o que ela disse! O staff é fantástico, principalmente do restaurante: Antônio, Francesca, Giancarlo, Carlo. Muito obrigada pelo carinho e atenção! Localização do hotel é excelente. Quarto pequeno, mas cama muito confortável! Café da manhã delicioso! Recomendo reservar pelo menos um jantar no restaurante Terrazas Vitoria.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Hotel Continental. It started with the great customer service with Veronica when booking and check in to all the staff making us feel so welcome- they are truly brand ambassadors for this hotel! The hotel is so central for restaurants, beach and port for ferries. The piano player at breakfast is a lovely touch, the rooms are spotless and the pool is so Italian chic with lemon trees around you. I can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough -already looking to book for next year !

I left my heart and soul in Sorrento, Positano and Amalifi and all the thanks goes to Hotel Continental. Grazie! to the entire staff at this wonderful luxury hotel. No stone was un-turned here. The hotel was spotless and the room was so clean with plenty of space and beautiful Italian décor. The breakfast was amazing, vast assortment of fresh delicious items every morning including many coffee and juice choices. The roof top restaurant had stunning views and the food was superb. The hotel restaurant staff, the desk clerks/concierge were all very thoughtful, helpful, attentive, polite and very professional. A Special thanks to Antonio. We will certainly be back to Sorrento Italy and we will be staying in Hotel Continental because we love everything about it. The hotel is in walking distance to the Ferry, Town Square. There are lots of restaurants and shopping areas not far for the hotel and you always felt safe walking around, even at night. The Hotel has an elevator that takes you down into a cave, leading you to the clear blue water beach. It's amazing! Hotel Continental is by far our most favorite hotel In Sorrento, it was perfect!. Grazie!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sorrento. The place was “spotless” and our Jr Suite room was amazing. Professional staff; front desk was efficient and they had a room ready upon our arrival. Spacious room overlooking the bay of Naples. Our balcony was nice and had motorized window shades to help block out noise from the street below. Breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy and had great variety…really felt like we were at a first class resort without any uppityness. Concierge was helpful with information when asked. Turndown service was a nice touch as was the complimentary bottle of Limoncello when we checked out. Truly a five-star accommodation. Highly recommend and would go back when in Italy.

We are so happy we decided to stay at Hotel Continental Sorrento. The rooms are lovely, but the staff is truly incredible. We ended up meeting some wonderful couples at the bar and had some of the best nights of our vacation thanks to the famous bartender Giovanni!!! He is simply the best, we will never forget this trip!!! Fantastic location as well, the views from the rooftop are perfect. We hope to come back someday!! Ask Giovanni for his
