it's really amazing, especially recommend the restaurant on the roof, which is perfect!! we enjoy the view as well as the service pretty much, and the dessert was a huge surprise for us.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Hotel Continental. It started with the great customer service with Veronica when booking and check in to all the staff making us feel so welcome- they are truly brand ambassadors for this hotel! The hotel is so central for restaurants, beach and port for ferries. The piano player at breakfast is a lovely touch, the rooms are spotless and the pool is so Italian chic with lemon trees around you. I can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough -already looking to book for next year !

I left my heart and soul in Sorrento, Positano and Amalifi and all the thanks goes to Hotel Continental. Grazie! to the entire staff at this wonderful luxury hotel. No stone was un-turned here. The hotel was spotless and the room was so clean with plenty of space and beautiful Italian décor. The breakfast was amazing, vast assor**ent of fresh delicious items every morning including many coffee and juice choices. The roof top restaurant had stunning views and the food was superb. The hotel restaurant staff, the desk clerks/concierge were all very thoughtful, helpful, attentive, polite and very professional. A Special thanks to Antonio. We will certainly be back to Sorrento Italy and we will be staying in Hotel Continental because we love everything about it. The hotel is in walking distance to the Ferry, Town Square. There are lots of restaurants and shopping areas not far for the hotel and you always felt safe walking around, even at night. The Hotel has an elevator that takes you down into a cave, leading you to the clear blue water beach. It's amazing! Hotel Continental is by far our most favorite hotel In Sorrento, it was perfect!. Grazie!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sorrento. The place was “spotless” and our Jr Suite room was amazing. Professional staff; front desk was efficient and they had a room ready upon our arrival. Spacious room overlooking the bay of Naples. Our balcony was nice and had motorized window shades to help block out noise from the street below. Breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy and had great variety…really felt like we were at a first class resort without any uppityness. Concierge was helpful with information when asked. Turndown service was a nice touch as was the complimentary bottle of Limoncello when we checked out. Truly a five-star accommodation. Highly recommend and would go back when in Italy.

We are so happy we decided to stay at Hotel Continental Sorrento. The rooms are lovely, but the staff is truly incredible. We ended up meeting some wonderful couples at the bar and had some of the best nights of our vacation thanks to the famous bartender Giovanni!!! He is simply the best, we will never forget this trip!!! Fantastic location as well, the views from the rooftop are perfect. We hope to come back someday!! Ask Giovanni for his

Excellent all around. The hotel is perfectly located. The staff and concierge are great. The breakfast buffet (included) is huge. The rooms are sized right. the pool bar is nice too. We met staff the first night we were there (at the roof restaurant) and they remembered us and talked to us the entire trip. Recommend this hotel 100 percent. The roof bar has incredible views. One thing, though. since Sorrento is an active place, the rooms can take in some street noise, particularly on the rooms facing the water (there is a street between the hotel and another hotel). We got night noise from people talking, cars, and even emptying trash. Suggest air plugs. But that would not deter me - it is a bit of the charm.

What a brilliant hotel! Location is perfect - on a quiet square but within easy walking distance of the centre of town. The views are terrific - the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius are really impressive, so it’s worth paying a little extra for a sea view. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff are brilliant, too - very helpful and eager to please. The pool is great with lots of beds and umbrellas available. Breakfast is mostly a buffet, but there is a huge choice with hot options every day and a vast array of breads, cereals and cold cuts. All in all, I would say that this hotel will enhance your stay in Sorrento - we wouldn’t stay anywhere else now!

We loved Hotel Continental! We stayed in a deluxe sea view room April 15-19. We did not have any issues with our room at all. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked with no problem. The water was hot in the bathroom instantly. We felt very pampered by the maid service....turned our bed down every night and left a chocolate every night and fresh towels DAILY. Breakfast was a real treat. Talk about a wide selection. If we ever have the pleasure of visiting Sorrento again we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Continental.
