Hotel Conca Park

You will not be disappointed staying at this beautiful hotel in Sorrento. The food, the rooms and the staff are wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Michael who arranged a separate area for our wedding party the night before the wedding. It is close to the centre of Sorrento. Very easy to walk to Corsa Italia and see all the lovely shops, cafes, restaurants on offer. Would definitely return without hesitation. The hotel is focused on zero waste which these days is commendable. The gardens are amazing and well looked after. The interior of the hotel is very modern and clean. 10 out of 10 for our experience staying 11 nights.

Fantastic beautiful Hotel 10 minutes walk to centre of Sorrento. Staff were very polite,friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very clean with plenty of storage the seaview from our room was breathtaking.Food was lovely buffet style with plenty of choice for Breakfast and dinner. Pool and Gardens were lovely and relaxing, lovely evening entertainment. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

We've recently returned home from having stayed at Conca Park for 10 nights on a half board basis booked through TUI. It is truly a lovely hotel which appears to cater for many Italian and international guests. The staff are exceptional. After checking in we were greeted by Miriam, the TUI rep on site and we went along to the welcome meeting the following morning. The meeting was led by Miriam and was attended by Matteo, the manager of the hotel who is also a son of the owners. Matteo spoke briefly on the history of the hotel, the facilities and the hotel's zero waste policy. He later took the group on a guided walk through the hotel gardens and introduced us all to key and longstanding members of staff. There is clearly a good working relationship between TUI and the hotel. Miriam was on site each day and worked from a dedicated meeting room next to reception. The hotel occupies a substantial site and the internal and external areas are spacious and immaculately maintained. The pool area is well managed and being early in the season when we stayed it was never overly busy. The owners have added lots of art and design features and it looks and feels very modern as well as being functional. Although we didn't use the gym and spa area they both looked impressive and well equipped. The restaurant is well laid out and is very well managed. We really looked forward to eating there each day. As we stayed half board, we found plenty of food options for breakfast and at the buffet for dinner, including vegetarian. Bar service and snacks are available throughout the day near the pool area in addition to the lunch service in the restaurant. We always received a warm welcome and an efficient service and this continued into the evening at the lounge bar which is open until midnight. The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the centre of Sorrento and within 15 minutes walk of the port and train station. We found this very convenient as we used the train or ferry services on most days of our stay to visit Naples, Pompeii, Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and to take the cable car at Monte Faito. We booked a room with a sea view which overlooked Sorrento and the Bay of Naples towards Vesuvius. Our room was really well maintained throughout our stay. Rooms without a sea view look back towards the rock face behind the hotel. Some of these rooms are very close to the rock face and those on the lower floors are probably in shade for most if not all of the day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conca Park and we would happily return again.

We stayed at the Conca Park Hotel for a week in early May. We could not fault the hotel at all. It is in the perfect location with only a short walk to the centre of Sorrento. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was lovely with the menu changed every day. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Conca Park

We had a wonderful stay at the Conca park hotel . Our garden view room was spotlessly clean and spacious with daily maid service . You enter the hotel via tunnel which is used to display the owners art collection , very cool . All the staff were brilliant . We had a great time .

Amazing hotel, friendly helpful staff, excellent location, spectacular views, outstanding delicious food, Location: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main square Piazza Tasso. Very central, close to Marina Grande and Marina Piccla. Perfect location HOTEL GROUNDS There are 2 entrances to the hotel. The main entrance is spectacular, a beautiful long gallery. There are golf carts always available if you dont fancy the walk. The second entrance is at the side of the swimming pool. There are plenty of chill out areas scattered around the hotel. On the 5th floor, a large outdoor sun terrace. On the ground floor theres a swimming pool, with multiple levels of sunchairs. Theres loads of little sun areas, one beautiful courtyard, surrounded with lemon trees, just off the pool. Theres a little hidden sun deck at the back of the swimming pool, beside the changing rooms. DINING / BAR The bar area is so relaxing again with multiple areas and seating options, including the most amazing beer garden with views of Mt Vesuvius. Theres plenty of options Breakfast and dinner. Breakfast, Cereal station, hot food station, cold meats, cheese, cakes, danishes, croissants, fruit, juices, tea, coffee, yogurts, freshly cooked eggs of choice Dinner: different everyday Each night there is the following options Meat, seafood, veg mains options pizza, pastas, rices dishes Salad station Dessert station Soups The hotel has its own garden, and all produce are used in the restaurant. ROOMS I was booked into a single room, but due to the proximity to the lifts I moved to a double room The single room is compact but very functional, with an exceptional bathroom. You could party in the shower it was so big :) The room is amazing for a single room, The TV’s have chromecast built it. Room 530 is next to the elevator, and looks out onto the cliff face at the rear of the property Double room Room 106 Rear facing with small terrace. No view Large twin/double room Large wardrobe The bathroom has a single sink, and small compact shower. Theres a safe in the room TV with chrome cast. If you spend time in your room I would recommend booking a room with a view of Mt Vesuvius and balcony. All the staff are welcoming, very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

Highly recommend this hotel, very clean and in an ideal location right in the centre of Sorrento. The grounds are idyllic and surrounded by lemon trees with a lovely swimming pool/outdoor area. In the distance, you can see the stunning scenery and Mount Vesuvius ahead. Thank you for a great stay and have recommended to both family & friends! ☺️

My girlfriend and I went to Sorrento in the last week of April and were looking for a hotel where we could stay. We chose Conca Park because of its close proximity to Sorrento old town (just 5 mins walk from the entrance). The hotel definitely met our expectations and was even better than we anticipated. The lounges were spacious and airy with beautifully decorated artwork, The rooms were clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast and dinners were of good quality and choice available and the staff always so friendly, polite and happy to help. The owner also gave all guests a tour of the wonderful gardens which was very nice. Overall it was an excellent holiday. A hotel is often just a base for your holiday but in this case it was lovely to come back to after days out and about. The only small negative I would add is it would have been nice to have some evening entertainment, such as a singer or piano player (there was a wonderful piano in the main lounge) but understand we did not travel at peak time in the season. To summarise, a great hotel which is very well run and I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Sorrento.

The hotel totally exceeded our expectations. Amazing food. We had so much at breakfast we didn't need to eat until the evening meal back at the hotel. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Very convenient position to access transport. 12 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the ferry port. We would definitely return and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Sorrento.
